M3 Pos Machine Installation Below step

Note:- M3 machine installation Bootable pend diver required please contact Zonal Application team

Open Pos bios settings F2 and do the necessary settings as it is in below picture.

 Change the Sata Mode Selection as per shown below snap

 After configuring the BIOS please press F4 and save the changed
Settings
 Start the pos machine installation M3 bootable Pen drive
Read cdrom 9.0 configuration

Login Pos machine as root user

 In vi /home/pos/file/config/usb.conf file add below line at the beginning of the file.

*USB_SCANNER_GEN1=05e0:1300

Save the file using below command

:wq

Reboot Pos Machine

Below Vanilla Screen came in Pos machine please Call Remote Application team Run Enable V2
command.

After reboot Pos machine store Bill screen came and check Pos Machine function testing.
Whenever run changeconfig command run copy touch file Server to Pos machine for M3 pos

 Login to tplinux server has Pos user

 cd /home/tplinux/linux/pos/pos/files/sg-files/XFpatch/
 scp XF86Config root@p4:/etc/X11/

Reboot M3 Pos machine and check touch Screen.

  Data logic MG3200 & 9800i (Table Top) scanner configuration in M3 Pos.
Note:- Before the Ensure the store Team Pos machine bill not working

1. Login as pos machine Below command

2. ssh pos@p1
3. Password :- Pos
4. Stop Run Level Below command
5. (Command : cli_menu)
6. Stop Run Level below Number press
7. 4 and Press Entry
8. 0 and Press Entry
9. Login as root on Pos Below command
10. Su –
11. Password :- xxxxxx
12. Run script (Command : ./changeconfig )

 scp XF86Config root@p4:/etc/X11/

Reboot M3 Pos machine and check touch Screen..
