Management and Organization

On daily basis, 3-5 personnel will handle the store to ensure the operation. They are the
cashier, cook, stall assistant, and staff which is assigned to work 8 hours per day in the store.
Their works are necessary since they are the ones who will maintain the operation from time to
time and tend customers’ orders. Since there are two cook, one of them can have a turn each
day.

Cashier
Ms. Mary Grace Opeña will be the Cashier. She is responsible for the cash that goes in
and out of the business, and also for all the budgets and expenses of the business.
The following are her duties and responsibilities:
☞Handles all the cash transactions of the organization

☞Receives payment by cash

☞Checking daily cash accounts

☞Creates and maintains monthly, weekly and daily report of transactions

☞Manages cash controls as well as maintain book keeping up-to-date

☞Ensures that financial transactions are properly updated and recorded

Cook

Ms. Angela Nicole Almira and Samera Junsay will be the cook.
The following are their duties and responsibilities:
☞Prepares the ingredients used in making Cheesyken

☞Prepares the equipment and utensils that will be used in making Cheesyken

☞Cleans food preparation areas and cooking surfaces

☞Cooks the Cheesyken from the preparing, cutting, mixing, and frying

☞Measures the ingredients required for making Cheesyken

☞Always ensures that the prepared food meets the requirements for quality and quantity

☞Schedule the activities and the cooking times

☞Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas

Stall Assistant
Mr. Rhoniel Buencillo will be the Stall assistant.
The following are his duties and responsibilities:
☞Take orders and provide information about menu items

☞Assembles the orders


☞Serves the food

☞Maintains cleanliness at working station and service pantry for smooth operation

☞Guiding and solving queries/questions of the customers

☞Performs other ad-hoc duties

☞Gets the customers feedback about the food

Staff
Mr. Miguel Salvador Unay will be the Staff.
The following are his duties and responsibilities:
☞Buys the ingredients and other supplies in the market

☞Ensures that the ingredients/raw materials are fresh, clean and have the best quality

☞Ensures that all the bought supplies are within the budget of the business

☞Stores food properly and safely, marking the date and item

☞Reports necessary equipment repair and maintenance to supervisor

☞Order and take delivery of supplies

☞Performs other duties
