Introduction/Overview of Project
Trimingle was basically a home based Restaurant in the past. They started the
business from a little area in their home. After few years Trimingle owners decided to
expand their business to thickly populated area and where restaurants demand at its
peak that is Do-Darya where every class of people visits from middle-class to upper
class. Trimingle is a restaurant where they serve customized food according to
consumer’s choice. As we all know that every project is unique in itself. Trimingle
uniqueness include its structure. e ship based, customized food and good ambiance.
The basic purpose that push toward the owners to expand the business was good sale
and less competitiveness in this business. The Karachiite will come here to refresh
themselves and enjoy sunset view with delicious food.

Project Scope
The scope of the project is to plan the launch of an Trimingle Restaurent drive-up or
carry-out restaurant in the heart of Karachi night life area Do darya . The project will
be initiated in July of 2018 and come to completion in August 2019. The project will
be considered completed when the restaurant is able to conduct point of sales. The
project is slated to cost no more than $750,000. The project will have 6 milestone
phases: research; procurement; renovation and styling; advertising, staff and grand
