1 Production outline
This controller is a numerical indications type central air conditioning constant temperature
controller, applies to control the fan coil which at the tip of central air conditioner, controls the
three wind speed of fan coil、two phrase motorized valves or three phrase motorized valves, and
also controls the electromagnetism valves and wind valves .
The panel button from the left to right is: the menu key： the set temperature to be up“＋”
FAN speed、the set temperature to be down “”、systematic switch 。
There is a professional setting button under the right(programmed、manual-replacement、
5Vpower)

3 Mainly function & feature
3.1LCD display in English, outputting signal by osculation of relay.
3.2Four kinds of wind speed pattern designed, slow, middle, high and automatic, Under automatic
wind, it can display the indeed working wind speed.

3.3Anti-dewfall function, it will go on running for 30 seconds after the valve closed.(air blower
controlled)
3.4Three phrase motorized valve can be connected (coupling or tee), and be compatible two phase
motorized valve, electromagnetism valve or wind valve.
3.5Temperature setting range : 5.0―35.0℃, Room temperature display range : 1.0―40.0℃
Temperature controlling precision: ±1℃, Temperature demonstration resolution: 0.1℃
3.6 Timed to turn on and off in 24 hours. And the adjustment step of walk into is 0.5h (30
minutes)
3.7 Function of sleeping to keep the room temperature is comfortable, economical and
energy-conservation.
3.8 Room temperature correct: push the key to correct the room temperature measuring value
directly.
3.9 Programmed local to choose the air blower to controlled or not, it will replace or wait when
the power supplying again after it broken down.

4 Manual of installation
4.1 Must be installed and operated after the electricity is off, or it is easy to damage the system
unit.
4.2Select the correct position to install, and don’t install the product in the position where the sun
shines directly or wet position.
4.3Work Surrounding Temperature : -5.0℃―+40℃
4.4Relative humidity: the Max. relative humidity ＜92%(anti-dewfall)
4.5 If the product is installed in washing, please use special-purpose waterproof face guard.

6 Installation Step
Join the driver board (the power board ) of controller well up to the air blower coil 、the motorized
valve (electromagnetism valve or wind valve ) and the mains line according to the installation
diagram .
Join the arrange lines of the LCD mother panel and power mother panel well up. (Ps. Note to the
direction.
Lift the back cover of the LCD mother panel off, and urge the power mother panel into the buried
dark box in advanced.
Fix the back cover with the screw. Merge the panel and the back cover into one, and the
installation is over.

9.1Be sure the power has inlet then pull the professional setting button to left.

OFF、choosing COOL/HEAT running mode 、choosing SLEEP function 、replace to the back

12.Correct the room temperature measuring value
Because of the different installed position and air circulation ,so it is necessary to correct or
compensate the room temperature of system, and the correcting value is:±6℃.

“+” 0.1OC 1 the room temperature to be up for 0.1℃

“-” 0.1OC1 the room temperature to be down for 0.1℃

13. Sleep Function

This function is direct against the night sleeping, and change the set temperature automatically
according to the needs of the body needs to the surrounding. Do the effect of comfortable,
economical and energy-conservation.

14 Changing state of Auto speed

14.1 Under the condition of automatic wind, it can display the indeed work wind speed.
If it shows 1only, it means that the air blower has stopped running. (Showing as follows)

15.Professional setting (operating by the professional person)
15.1the entering way: pull the setting switch to left, at the same time of pressing , turn the
setting switch to right. Using 1、2 to adjust the setting value, and press to select the serial number
of mode.
Way of being out: closing the setting switch to restart it.

Mode 1: the new state of temperature controller when re-supplying the power after the power be
cut off by man or electricity-net severed.
Be waiting state when power supplying again after it broken down: the temperature controller to be the
state of waiting when power re-supplying after it cut off.
Be replaced when power supplying again after it broken down: the temperature controller replace to the
back state when power re-supplying after it cut off, in other words is that: the time of the temperature
controller’s power cut off was at the state of on, and it will go on running as the back setting value
when the power re-supplying (un-keeping memory about timed function).
This function is suitable specially for the specific place of hotel 、engine room and so on.
15 Dealing with simple unconventionalities

16 Attention Points
16.1 When the system unusual or halted, please pull the setting switch to left, and it can be
replaced by tuning to right after three seconds.
16.2 This controller must be installed with the self-governed controlling setting of power, if you
don’t use the controller for a long time (for example: more than one month), please cut the power
of the setting which linking with the controller off.
16.3 The controller must be installed correctly according to the manual by the specialized
technical staff.
16.4 Don’t install the controller near the high temperature heat source or adverse circumstance
position
16.5 Please affirm the voltage of the power and the controller be unanimous or not before
installing.
16.6 Please read the manual carefully first before you using it.
