 IF add Lidcombe user-> click Extension tab -> find free number
 Here 5293 is free so we will use this number.
 Add user account -> click New button -
 Here we have to enter user chep ID



 Configure above options. (User ID: Chep ID, Pwd: Chep1234)and find the below steps for adding
Mailbox user.
 Enter the name with above format.
 Select the workgroups (It provided from user,or it was in RIT – ticket, otherwise we have to ask
user)
  Select the Roles (It provided from user,or it was in RIT – ticket, otherwise we have to ask user)
 International dialing option is mandatory if user asking international calling access.

=>Password policy – Mandatory enable for brambles policy.(It is common for all chep users)
 Now account has been created. (I have changed number so leave the number confusions)
