ROAD CLOSURE ROAD CLOSURE

Ecorse Road and Harris Road in Ypsilanti Township will be closed today starting at 12:30 PM for approximately
three hours.

BURGLARY 10-52136

On 10/26/2010, Deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Township responded to the 700 block of Dorset Street for a burglary
complaint. The Deputies discovered the suspect(s) smashed out a window on a side door to gain entry. The time of
occurrence was from 3:00 PM on 10/25/2010 to 12:15 PM on 10/26/2010. Four handguns were taken. There is no
suspect information at this time.

BURGLARY 10-52153

On 10/26/2010, Deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Township responded to the 1000 block of Maplewood Boulevard for
an attempt burglary that just occurred. The Deputies discovered the suspect(s) attempted to kick in the back door but
were scared off by a neighbor. The suspect(s) fled in a vehicle. The time of occurrence was at 2:00 PM on
10/26/2010. Nothing was taken. The suspect and suspect vehicle descriptions are listed below.
S1-White Male Unknown age / 5'10 skinny build / last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and shorts
possibly red in color with a black strip
S2-Black Male Unknown age / 5’10” slim build / last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and shorts
possibly red in color with black strips
Suspect Vehicle- Older model 4-door station wagon tan in color with a spare tire located on the rear hatch.

UDAA (Stolen Vehicle) 10-52160

On 10/26/2010, Deputies assigned to Scio Township responded to the 500 block of Auto Mall Drive for a stolen
vehicle complaint. The Deputies discovered the suspect(s) took a vehicle off of the car lot by unknown means. The
time of occurrence was from 9:00 AM on 10/01/2010 to 2:00 PM on 10/26/2010. There is no suspect information at
this time. The stolen vehicle is listed below.
2011 GMC Sierra 1500 Extended Cab Pickup white in color

BURGLARY 10-52174

On 10/26/2010, Deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Township responded to the 2000 block of Margery Street for a
burglary complaint. The Deputies discovered the suspect(s) forced open the rear door to gain entry. The time of
occurrence was from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM on 10/26/2010. Two lawnmowers and two bicycles were taken. There is
no suspect information at this time.

UDAA (Stolen Vehicle) 10-52180

On 10/26/2010, Deputies assigned to Superior Township responded to the 5000 block of East Huron River Drive for
a stolen vehicle complaint. The Deputies discovered the suspect(s) took a vehicle from a parking lot by unknown
means. The time of occurrence was at 5:00 PM on 10/26/2010. There is no suspect information at this time. The
stolen vehicle is listed below.
2001 Ford E350 Van blue in color / rusty front and back bumpers with double doors on back and side: the
vehicle should be numbered as #128 and it has a ladder rack on top.

BURGLARY 10-52215

On 10/26/2010, Deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Township responded to the 1000 block of Share Avenue for a
burglary complaint. The Deputies discovered the suspect(s) smashed the glass out of a door to gain entry. The time
of occurrence was from 7:20 AM to 5:40 PM on 10/26/2010. A laptop computer and television set were taken. There
is no suspect information at this time.
