We would like to request your good office to allow us to present with you the Dual Training
System (DTS) Training Program that our institution is offering to different industries. Under the
said program, the trainees, your company and our school will receive mutual benefits such as
(but not limited to) the following:

Trainees:
a. Receive a free in-school training (40% of the training duration) highly relevant to the job
item they will be working in after completing the program;
b. Receive in-plant training (60% of the training duration) that exposes them on the actual
job environment of their chosen course;
c. Receive training allowance equivalent to 75% of the minimum wage coming from the
partner company;
d. Receive a Training Certificate for the 12 to 15 months of training in the partner company;
e. Receive a Training Diploma in ‘2-year Customer Service Training Program’;
f. Become a ‘Job-Ready Individual’ upon the completion of the training program.

Partner Company:
a. Fulfill its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by accommodating the trainees for the
in-plant training;
b. Have additional workforce coming from the trainees who have highly relevant
knowledge and skills on the respective job item by giving only 75% of the minimum
wage as training allowance;
c. Create a roster or a pool of potential employees coming from the trainees who already
finished the training program;
d. Enjoy tax incentive from the government by participating in the DTS program (R.A.
7686).

Partner School:
a. Fulfill its Corporate Social Responsibility by producing well-qualified graduates who are
‘Job-Ready’ to satisfy the industry needs and requirements;
b. Receive up to 15% of the training allowance given to the trainees.
