Dear Candidate,

An Unfair Means case has been registered against you during conduct of NIOS D.El.Ed Examination
held in Dec 2018 & March2019. The UFM Committee of NIOS will scrutinize the charges framed for necessary

no further opportunity will be available, It will assumed that you are accepting the allegations and a decision
taken by the Unfair Means Committee on merits shall be final and binding on you.
