SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, , of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Blk 14 Lot 27, Camella
Cerritos, Calaanan, Canitoan, Cagayan de Oro City, do hereby name, constitute
and appoint , of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen and a resident of Cagayan
de Oro City to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name,
place, and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things, namely:

1. To transact and process any and all related documents pertaining to the
application for lost title of a parcel of land located at barrio Sta. Cruz,
municipality of Sugbongcogon, Misamis Oriental, with an area of FOUR
THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT (4,438) square meters, more
or less and covered with Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-24272,
described as follows:
BLLM No. 1, Cad-766-D, Sugbongcogon Cadastre
2. To process the above-mentioned documents at the Offices of the City
Assessor of Cagayan de Oro, BIR, DAR, and the Register of Deeds in
Cagayan de Oro, and other Government Offices;
3. To execute, deliver, sign and receive any all documents/papers in relation
to authorities, hereof.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power

and authority to do and perform any and every act and deed whatsoever requisite
or necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents
and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and acting in
person, with full power of substitution or revocation; and HEREBY RATIFYING
AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact or his substitute shall
lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
