TERMS
Termination of agreement Either party may terminate the Agreement by giving the other
party no less than 30 days’ written notice.

This Agreement shall take effect from signature and shall
continue for the Initial Term, and then thereafter unless
otherwise terminated by either party in accordance with this
clause.
Data protection Each Party shall comply with their respective obligations
under the applicable data protection and/or privacy act of the
country(s) in which they are registered and/or operate. In the
case of the United Kingdom this would be the Data Protection
Act. In the case of Australia this would be the Privacy Act
1988 (as amended by the Privacy Act Amendment (Private
Sector) Act 2000).
Confidentiality All Confidential Information given by either Party to the other
or otherwise obtained shall be treated by the other Party, its
employees and subcontractors as confidential and shall not be
used other than for the benefit of the disclosing Party or the
furtherance of each Party’s obligations under this Agreement.
Governing Law This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in
accordance with the laws of England without regard to its
provisions on conflict of law.
