NARRATIVE REPORT ON READING ASSESSTMENT

The school conducted reading assessment on learners of Pagulangan National High

School. The reading assessment was done in three assessment periods, namely: Year-
Beginning; Mid-Year and Year-End Assessment. ASER was utilized to determine the level
of reading comprehension among the students’ assessed.

The results of the assessment showed that there was an increased of story level
learners throughout the three assessment periods. This implies that there was a significant
increased in the learners reading level.
