A. INTRODUCTION
In Construction of new Futong Jetty project execution Dolphin area need to be strong
enough to hold loads when the ship is rocked by currents or waves.

B. EQUIPMENTS AND TOOLS

Required equipment and tools:

 Service Crane
 Pontoon
 Total Station
 Generator Set
 Crane Mat.
 Others.

C. METHOD OF WORK
 Rebar Fixing
After the installation of precast is done. Rebar instalment is needed for casting concrete.
Rebar position and distance shall be checked. This step is need to acquire the bond
strength needed and to meet the specification procedure.

 Casting Concrete
 After precast installment and rebar installment is done, concrete can be casted.

  First, the location and elevation is need to be check by surveyor
 Concrete shall not fall freely higher than 200 cm.
 After mixing with water, concrete shall immediately pour in less than 1 hour,
except with additives added.
 The concrete mixture shall not be stirred after the initial set.
 Do not let the concrete mixture fall into the contact with iron where segregation
may occur
 Concrete mixtures are compacted using concrete vibrators when in plastic state.
 Make sure the concrete sample test as same as in the field.
 Concrete quality must be as specified as specification.
 Curing for minimum 3 days, where concrete is moistened with wet cloth
