We are taking pleasure to introduce ourselves as a NABL accredited metal testing laboratory & one of the best
calibration services in Mumbai, having laboratory at Vasai, Dist. (Thane). BMT Instrumentation & Laboratories has been
granted NABL accreditation as per ISO/IEC 17025: 2005 for chemical & mechanical testing (Certificate No. TC - 6546)
for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. BMT Instrumentation & Laboratories is the independent test laboratory specializing in
chemical & Physical testing of metals.
BMT brand well accepted in the market & our primary focus has been on customer’s satisfaction. BMT offer their
customers a fast, flexible, cost competitive and the highest quality services. BMT´s objective is to provide a best quality service
at a reasonable price.
We have an excellent in- house material testing facility with the latest state of the art machineries that confirms to
international standards. Testing services include Spectrochemical analysis of metals, Mechanical testing & calibration of
laboratory, process control, measuring instruments. Metal & Alloys Testing, Advance Inspection & Testing Lab is one of the
most technically advanced engineering laboratory in Vasai-Mumbai.

Terms and Conditions
1. Prices other than those mentioned shall be furnished on request for mechanical analysis.
2. Top Priority Testing for out of turn/urgent assignment will be charged 50 % extra with full payment in advance.
3. Interpretation & Remarks contained in the test reports are based upon implicit request from customers. The
interpretations are always objective.
4. Samples are not drawn by BMTIL.
5. Test Results related only to the sample tested.
6. Test report provided by BMTIL is accurate to the best of our knowledge and understanding. Although every effort has
been made to ensure accuracy, “BMTIL” cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage or other consequence
resulting from the use of this test report.
7. Test Request: Customers are requested to send all samples for testing to the lab along with a test request clearly
identifying the test sample & mentioning the tests required.
8. The results reported are valid only at the time of & under the standard condition of the test.
9. Test report in full or part shall not be reproduced unless written permission is obtained from M/s. BMTIL.
10. The laboratory preserves tested sample for a period of 15 days if not taken back. Customer who desire to take back
samples should mention that in their challan & make their own arrangements to collect them from the laboratory with
prior appointment..
11. Any discrepancies observed in the test report shall be brought to the notice of the laboratory within one week.
12. Report Amendment: If any Changes in the test report are required by the customer, a written request for the amendment
will have to be made(on customers letter head with authorized signature).Changes that are feasible and admissible only
will be made and such decision will be taken by the lab which will be binding upon the customer. Amended test report will
be on chargeable basis @ Rs.100 per test report. Original test reports need to be submitted to the laboratory.
13. Maximum two copies of test report per sample will be provided by laboratory. Additional copies of reports shall be
provided @Rs. 75 per test report.
14. A Satisfactory Test report does not imply or indicates that the item so tested is approved by NABL.
15. Service Tax Will Be Extra At actual.
