Photo, ID Proof & Address Proof or upload them in your IMC web page. You will be enrolled as an associate of the company. Now
you can purchase products and enjoy retail profit upto 40%.

Active Business Associate (ABA) : If you wish to do business and earn performance incentive income, bonuses, funds etc. as given
below then you will have to become Active business Associate(ABA). For becoming ABA you will have to purchase products
worth 300 BV from the date of joining, till closing date of the next month and submit one passport size photo, ID proof & address
proof. If you do not do the same, your ID will be cancelled and all your downline associates shall be shifted with your upline
associate.

The Business Plan of the Company is accumulative:

BV : All products are assigned a number called BV (Business Volume). This is the figure on which all commissions are paid every
month. The level & profits are based and calculated on business volumes generated by the associates.

Accumulative Performance Incentive Income 10-35%

You earn Performance Incentive based on monthly accumulation of BV which is based on product purchases. IMC Sales & Marketing
Plan provides a range of incentives from 10% to 35% based on the total business volume generated by you & your personal group.

The business done by your downline network is also added to your business every month and the total business of the current month
and of previous months are also added to your business to determine your level. Once you have been promoted to a certain level,
you will never come down and keep on achieving higher levels. There is no time limit when to achieve the levels. The performance
incentive due to your downline is deducted from the Gross Performance incentive and paid directly to your sponsored associates by
IMC and your earnings are paid directly to you. These payments are transferred in your bank account after deducting the T.D.S as per
rules framed by the I.T. Department.
Your profit level depends on the BV earned by you. More you earn BV your profit level increases. The table of the profit level is given
below:

When You Earn Total You Achieve Profit Level

1,001 BV 10%
7,501 BV 20% When you achieve 35% profit level you
25,001 BV 25% become Super Star Associate.
75,001 BV 30%
1,50,001 BV 35%

Fast Super Star : If you earn 75001 PGBV in any one month, you qualify as a Super Star from that month and you achieve 35% profit
level.

Qualified Super Star : If any Super Star earns 30000 PGBV in any one month then he becomes a Qualified Super Star in that particular
month.

Personal Business Volume(PBV) : All the products purchased by an associate on his/her associate ID will be his/her personal business
volume(PBV).
Personal Group Business Volume (PGBV) : The BV earned by you in different legs and your personal BV shall be your PGBV. When in
your any leg, an associate qualifies as a Qualified Super Star Level (30,000 BV & above) then his B.Vs will not be treated as your PGBV.
If the B.Vs of Super Star Level Associate are less than 30,000 then his the B.Vs will be treated as your PGBV.

Silver Star Associate Award (Level 38%) : To achieve Silver Star Associate award, you should have one Qualified Super Star Associate
and earn 30,000 PGBV in the same month. Here you achieve the profit level of 38% and qualify for Leadership bonus and Travelling
Fund.

Leadership Bonus – 13% : Leadership Bonus starts from Silver Star Associate Level. You will get Bonus 5% - 3% - 2% -2% & 1%
respectively on all qualified Super Star Associate's Business Volume in your group up to five generations.
 Travelling Fund – 2% : IMC provides Travelling Fund to all qualified Silver Star Associates and above qualifiers. 2% of
the Total monthly Business Volumes of the Company has been fixed for travelling fund. If you maintain one qualified
Super Star Associate and earn 30,000 PGBV every month consecutively for three months, from the fourth month you
get Travelling Fund as per system. After that whenever you qualify the aforesaid level, only then you will get the
same benefits.

Gold Star Associate Award - Profit Level 41% : When you have two Qualified Super Star Associates in two different
legs in the same month then you become Gold Star Associate. Here you achieve the income level of 41%. But to
qualify for Leadership Bonus, Traveling Fund & Motorbike Fund you have to earn 25,000 PGBV.

Motorbike Fund - 2% : IMC provides Motorbike Fund to all qualified Gold Star Associates and all above qualifiers. 2%
of the Total monthly Business Volumes of the Company has been fixed for Motorbike fund. If you maintain two
qualified Super Star Associates in two different legs and earn 25,000 PGBV every month consecutively for three
months, from the fourth month you get Motorbike fund as per system. After that whenever you qualify the
aforesaid level only then you will get the same benefits.

Ruby Star Associate Award - Profit Level - 44% : When you have Four Qualified Super Star Associates in four different
legs in the same month then you become Ruby Star Associate. Here you achieve the income level of 44%. But to
qualify for Leadership Bonus, Travelling Fund, Motorbike Fund & Car Fund you have to earn 20,000 PGBV.
 Car Fund - 2% : IMC provides Car Fund to all qualified Ruby Star Associates and above qualifiers. 2% of the Total
monthly Business Volumes of the Company has been fixed for Car Fund. If you maintain four qualified Super Star
Associates in Four Different legs and earn 20,000 PGBV every month consecutively for three months, from the fourth
month you get car fund as per system. After that whenever you qualify the aforesaid level only then you will get the
same benefits. But, if a Ruby Star Associate maintains only 2 Qualified Super Star Associates in 2 Different Legs & earn
25,000 PGBV, even then he will get all the above said benefits.
Diamond Star Associate Award - Profit Level - 47% : When you have six Qualified Super Star Associates in six
different legs in the same month then you become Diamond Star Associate. Here you achieve the income level
of 47%. But to qualify for Leadership Bonus, Travelling Fund, Motorbike Fund, Car fund & House Fund you have
to earn 15,000 PGBV.
House Fund - 2% : IMC provides House Fund to all qualified Diamond Star Associates and above qualifiers. 2% of the
Total monthly Business Volumes of the Company has been fixed for house fund. If you maintain six qualified Super Star
Associates in six Different legs in the same month and earn 15,000 PGBV every month consecutively for three months,
from the fourth month you get House Fund. After that whenever you qualify the aforesaid level only then you will get
the same benefits. But, if a Diamond Star Associate maintains only 3 Qualified Super Star Associates in 3 Different Legs
& earn 25,000 PGBV, even then he will get all the above said benefits.
Chairman Star Associate Award - Profit Level - 50% : When you have eight qualified Super Star Associates
in eight different legs in the same month then you become Chairman Star Associate. Here you achieve
the income level of 50%. But to qualify for Leadership Bonus, Travelling Fund, Motorbike Fund, Car fund,
House Fund and Chairman Star Associate Honorary Bonus you have to earn 10,000 PGBV.
 Chairman Star Associate Honorary Bonus - 2% : IMC provides Chairman Star Honorary Bonus to all Qualified Chairman
Star Associates. 2% of the Total monthly Business Volumes of the Company has been fixed for Chairman Star Associate
Honorary Bonus. If you maintain eight Qualified Super Star Associates in eight different legs and earn 10,000 PGBV every
month consecutively for three months, from fourth month you get Honorary Bonus. After that whenever you qualify the
aforesaid level, only then you will get the same above said benefits. But, if a Chairman Star Associate maintains only 4
Qualified Super Star Associates in 4 Different Legs & earn 20,000 PGBV, even then he will get all the above said benefits.

Ambassador Star Associate Award -Profit Level 50% and Honorary Bonus - 1% : Apart from all the benefits upto Chairman Star Associates,
IMC provides Ambassador Star Honorary Bonus to all Qualified Ambassador Star Associates. 1% of the Total monthly Business Volumes of
the Company has been fixed for Ambassador Star Honorary Bonus . If you maintain ten Qualified Super Star Associates in ten different legs
and earn 10,000 PGBV every month consecutively for three months, from the fourth month you get Ambassador Star Honorary Bonus as
per system. After that whenever you qualify the aforesaid level only then you will get the same benefits. But, if a Ambassador Star Associate
maintains only 5 Qualified Super Star Associates in 5 Different Legs & earn 20,000 PGBV, even then he will get all the above said benefits.

Crown Ambassador Star Associate Award - Profit Level 50% and Honorary Bonus - 1% : Apart from all the benefits upto Ambassador Star
Associate, IMC provides Crown Ambassador Star Honorary Bonus to all qualified Crown Ambassador Star Associates. 1% of the Total
monthly Business Volumes of the Company has been fixed for Crown Ambassador Star Honorary Bonus. If you maintain thirteen Qualified
Super Star Associates in thirteen Different legs and earn 10,000 PGBV every month consecutively for three months, from the fourth month
you get Crown Ambassador Star Honorary Bonus as per system. After that whenever you qualify the aforesaid level only then you will get
the same benefits. But, if a Crown Ambassador Star Associate maintains only 7 Qualified Super Stars Associates in 7 Different Legs & earn
15,000 PGBV, even then he will get all the above said benefits.
President Star Associate Award--Profit Level 50% and Honorary Bonus - 0.5% : Apart from all the benefits upto Crown Ambassador Star
Associate, IMC provides President Star Honorary Bonus to all qualified President Star Associates. 0.5% of the Total monthly Business
Volumes of the Company has been fixed for President Star Honorary Bonus. If you maintain sixteen qualified Super Star Associates in
sixteen Different legs & earn 10,000 PGBV every month consecutively for three months, from the fourth month you get President Star
Honorary Bonus as per system. After that whenever you qualify the aforesaid level only then you get the same benefit. But, if a President
Star Associate maintains only 8 Qualified Super Star Associates in 8 Different Legs & earn10,000 PGBV, even then he will get all the above
said benefits.
Crown President Star Associate Award-Honorary Bonus - 0.5% : Apart from all the benefits upto President Star Associate, IMC provides
Crown President Star Honorary Bonus to all Qualified Crown President Star Associates. 0.5% of the Total monthly Business Volumes of the
Company has been fixed for Crown President Star Honorary Bonus. If you maintain twenty qualified Super Star Associates in twenty
Different legs and earn 10,000 PGBV every month consecutively for three months, from the fourth month you get Crown President Star
Honorary Bonus as per system. After that whenever you qualify the aforesaid level only then you get the same benefit. But, if a Crown
President Star Associate maintains only 10 Qualified Super Star Associates in 10 Different Legs & earn 10,000 PGBV, even then he will get
all the above said benefits.

Note: To increase your income, you have to earn maximum Leadership Bonus, because more the Leadership Bonus, more you earn the
Funds.
When you achieve any of the level, accordingly you have to earn PGBV.
To have more Leadership Bonus, promote more and more Super Star Associates.
 Royal Annual Bonus ( RAB)
IMC provides an opportunity to get Royal Annual Bonus (RAB) to all qualified Chairman Star Associates and Upper level associates. The
bonus will be credited to their account every month but will be distributed every year at the end of March.

Chairman Star Associate Royal Annual Bonus – 1% : 1% of the total Business Volumes of the Company has been fixed for Royal Annual
Bonus. To get Royal Annual Bonus, each qualified Chairman Star Associate have to earn 30,000 G.B.V. in each 8 different legs and he must
earn total 10 Lac G.B.V.

Ambassador Star Associate Royal Annual Bonus – 1% : 1% of the total Business Volumes of the Company has been fixed for Royal Annual
Bonus. To get Royal Annual Bonus, each qualified Ambassador Star Associates have to earn 50,000 G.B.V. in each 10 different legs and he
must earn total 30 Lac G.B.V.

Crown Ambassador Star Associate Royal Annual Bonus – 1% : 1% of the total Business Volumes of the Company has been fixed for Royal
Annual Bonus. To get Royal Annual Bonus, each qualified Crown Ambassador Star Associates have to earn 1 Lac G.B.V. in each 13 different
legs and he must earn75 Lac G.B.V.

President Star Associate Royal Annual Bonus –0.5% : 0.5% of the total Business Volumes of the Company has been fixed for Royal Annual
Bonus. To get Royal Annual Bonus, each qualified President Star Associates have to earn 1 Lac G.B.V. in each 16 different legs and he must
earn total 1.25 Crore G.B.V.
Crown President Star Associate Royal Annual Bonus – 0.5% : 0.5% of the total Business Volumes of the Company has been fixed for Royal
Annual Bonus. To get Royal Annual Bonus, each qualified Crown President Star Associates have to earn 1 Lac G.B.V. in each 20 different
legs and he must earn total 2 Crore G.B.V.

NOTE :- An associate is eligible for Royal Annual Bonus ( RAB) only after maintaining the respective Level.

Method to get Royal Annual Bonus (RAB) : On achieving any level you will get 1 point. If any associate achieve same level in your leg then
you will get 0.25 points. One can earn only 0.25 points from each leg. Similarly, as and when qualifier from different legs increases you will
get 0.25 points from each leg. The more points you earn the more bonus you will get.

Now all you have to do is change the shop and it will change your life. If you want to earn in thousands and lakhs, then stop purchasing
from your old shop & start purchasing IMC's product from IMC's shop. It will change your life.

You and your family might be purchasing daily consumable products from some nearby shop and might be doing the same from ages. Does
that shopkeeper or manufacturer gives you any income ? The answer is NO. But IMC distributes you the income on the products purchased
