• Provide assistance to Camp Boss for training coordination, routine paper work and all other
routine operational/non-operational matters.
• Supervision for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner arrangements and supplies of food to rig site.
• Ensure compliance of Deep cleaning schedule on daily basis and follow up for Meal Sheets
• Ensure cleaning and management of Store, that all items are stocked neatly and systematically
as per HACCP standard.
• Ensure proper Receiving and Issuance record, as per advised procedures and approval of
requisitions from Camp Boss.
• Ensures receiving and issuance of material as per the standardized format.
• Ensures availability of adequate stock.
• Ensures temperature sensitive shipments are received within the permissible temperature
range.
• Checks physical appearance of fruits, vegetables and all kind of meat
• Maintains Wastage record of Raw (all addable items) and cooked food.
• Preparation of Daily, weekly, monthly inventories with the coordination of Camp Boss.
• Preparing demands of consumables and non-consumable items.
• Follow-ups with Rig support department for relevant issues.
• Ensure Segregation (checking & sorting) of all vegetables and fruits twice daily to maintain
standards and to remove & destroy the lower-standard items on immediate basis.
• Ensures compliance of all HSE, HACCP and ISO related guidelines related to his area of
responsibility e.g. waste disposal, storage of different items, temperature monitoring &
controlling of frozen foods, handling of allergens and chemicals.
• Maintaining Food Safety Standards.
• Ensure FEFO (First Expiry First Out)
• Records and monitors temperatures of frozen and refrigerated food items.
• Ensures security of all store items, equipment & accessories.
• Perform regular quality checks on all vendor supplies and maintain record of all receipts.

• Assist to maintain stock at appropriate location in warehouse and rotate stock to remove all old
stock.
• Prepare spreadsheet for all shipments and maintain appropriate documents for all warehouse
equipment’s.

merchandise and prepare reports for all shortages.
• Maintain inventory of all office records and sales orders and compare current inventory and
evaluate all stock to ensure absence of all discrepancies.
