A general description of the top ten negotiating tactics, including


pictures.

A flow chart evidencing the main aspects of the negotiation


process including the three phases:

3. Performing technological surveillance is one of the key activities to


success in technology negotiations, part of it is identifying patents
that have been registered, allowing engineers to understand what
has been done and what are real opportunities to innovate.

According to the computer program described by each student in the


video presented in the Step 2 - Create value from technologic
innovation, the following activities must be developed:

4. Individually, each student must consolidate a PowerPoint


presentation to be submitted to the Monitoring and Evaluation
Environment according to the guidelines given below in section
Products to deliver by student, and name it with the following

5. In order to develop a research, one of the main aspects is the design


of the methodology. Taking into account that, the course is carrying
out a diagnosis based on the information gathered from the
enterprises, each student search in internet, libraries or other reliable
sources and post on the Collaborative Learning Forum an infographic
including its name, describing an appropriated research methodology
to understand the current situation of the problem of study.

6. Research involve the methodology description as a crucial step,


therefore, each group member must read the following
complementary reference from unit 3 at the Knowledge
Environment:

Kuada, J. E. (2012). Research Methodology : A Project Guide


for University Students (pp 59-60).

Based on the reading and taking into account the proposals posted
by each student, each group must define a research methodology
