Please take notice that the Court en bane issued a Resolution

dated FEBRUARY 26, 2019, which reads as follows:

"B.M. No. 3489 (In Re: 2019 Bar Examinations).- The Court
Resolved to NOTE and APPROVE the Letter dated February 20, 2019 of
Atty. Ma. Cristina B. Layusa, Deputy Clerk of Court and Bar Confidant,
with recommending approval of Associate Justice Estela M. Perlas-
Bernabe, Chairperson, 2019 Committee on Bar Examinations, requesting
the following:

(i) The conduct of the 2019 Bar Examinations on

November 3, 10, 17 and 24, 2019;

(ii) The holding of the said Examinations at the

University of Santo Tomas (UST), Espafia, Manila;

(iii) The acceptance of the applications to take the

2019 Bar Examinations starting May 15, 2019 and ending
August 15, 2019 without any extension, which schedule applies
for both (1) graduates of law schools with original school
calendar and (2) graduates whose academic year ends in June
2018;and

(iv) The negotiation by the Bar Confidant with the

UST for the use of the latter's campus facilities for the subject
Bar Examinations." (adv11)
