Research methodologyis a way to systematically solve a problem. It refers to the various steps
that are generally adopted by researcher in studying his research problem. The researcher
must know how to develop the problem, hypothesis of the study, collection of data through
sample design and size and also various tools and techniques which should be applicable to
come to relevant conclusion.
The main And objective of Sony international ltd, is to develop a new technology which can
contribute towards the improvement of our society, They will also aim to increase their
productivity and the product performance and services to make them sustainable and to
access high quality concept.
Sony is applying its creative technology principle to design all their product and services in the
sense to meet the environmental benefits. All their product has been designed in such a way
to reduce their technological impact on the environmental throughout their life period , Sony
also focus their attention towards reducing electronic wastes which is very harmful to the
human life

For the study purpose both primary and secondary data are used.
Primary Data: The information provided by the customer & staff member
Through the personal interaction with the help of questionnaire.
Secondary Data: This data has been taken from reliable source like internet, magazine etc

Suggestions

Company should improve/upgrades its employee's product knowledge, market
situation, and its competitor's knowledge by giving proper training to employee.
The Company should not only concentrate on the customer satisfaction but also the
company led to monitor their competitor's performance in their areas of operations.
The Company should make changes according to the other competitors & according
to the customer's expectations. The company should keep in mind the need of
young generation.

It was made clear that the Sony Television is the market leader. Sony Television has
to come up with more innovative promotional campaigns in order to gain more
consumers. Since, most of the respondents are expressed a position note on factors
like company image, price and perfection. It is indeed the manufacturer's duty to
maintain the above factors at the same time with a view to retained and the top of
the market. Because all the electronic products are in need of above three
qualifications to survive in the market. Sony Television is having above three with a
good reputation. Even though consumers are looking for a better one. We hope that
Sony will make it. Customer satisfaction index is a good tool to make
improvements in the products and services of the company and therefore should
utilize carefully and kept as confidential as possible
