Main roles included managing the hotel rates and packages, assisting the Sales Managers after a contract had been signed, managing accounts
payable for the sales department, lead distribution, updating the hotel Readerboard for promotions and daily events, compiling and
distributing weekly owners’ reports, processing background checks for potential new hires (SORI, CORI and SentryLink) and updating the
hotel’s promotional information on the website and booking engine via Opera, MyFidelio and Content Manager. From May 2018-August
2018 designed training manuals and trained new sales staff on the hotel operating procedures and technical systems.

Key Accomplishments:
• Created the Digital Alchemy templates for all electronic communication with the guest (ie: confirmation letter, pre-marketing letter,
cancellation letter, thank you letter). Created the merge field templates for all sales contracts.
• Played a key role in the hotel system change over from Epitome & Delphi to Opera. Assisted with the configuration of Opera PMS
& S&C for the hotel and data transfer from Epitome & Delphi. Created detailed SOPs on the new system for staff training purposes.
• Utilized technical knowledge of Opera, Oxi, MyFidelio, Digital Alchemy, Delphi, Epitome, Dynasign, Pxler, SiteMinder, Content
