PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Salem Waterfront Hotel & Suites, Salem, MA August 2015 to August 2018
Sales Coordinator & Revenue Supervisor
Main roles included managing the hotel rates and packages, assisting the Sales Managers after a contract had been signed, managing accounts
payable for the sales department, lead distribution, updating the hotel Readerboard for promotions and daily events, compiling and
distributing weekly owners’ reports, processing background checks for potential new hires (SORI, CORI and SentryLink) and updating the
hotel’s promotional information on the website and booking engine via Opera, MyFidelio and Content Manager. From May 2018-August
2018 designed training manuals and trained new sales staff on the hotel operating procedures and technical systems.
Key Accomplishments:
• Created the Digital Alchemy templates for all electronic communication with the guest (ie: confirmation letter, pre-marketing letter,
cancellation letter, thank you letter). Created the merge field templates for all sales contracts.
• Played a key role in the hotel system change over from Epitome & Delphi to Opera. Assisted with the configuration of Opera PMS
& S&C for the hotel and data transfer from Epitome & Delphi. Created detailed SOPs on the new system for staff training purposes.
• Utilized technical knowledge of Opera, Oxi, MyFidelio, Digital Alchemy, Delphi, Epitome, Dynasign, Pxler, SiteMinder, Content
Manager, AppFolio and Microsoft Office.
Key Accomplishments:
• Created and implemented an internal training platform through Canvas for current and future Peer Mentors.
• Introduced an online waitlist software, which helped to more seamlessly manage the high volume of student traffic during advising.

Temporary Conference Services role after returning from France and before moving to MA. Maintained a similar role to the previously held
position at these properties with the added responsibility of detailing all corporate meetings and events.
Key Accomplishments:
• Created a variety of marketing collateral for the sales managers and coordinated with the marketing team on the hotel’s website and
Facebook page.
• Serviced all group contracts and blocks after contract signing, entering groups into the system as well as group pickup after the group
departure. Communicated and coordinated with all departments all pertinent group information.
• Deposited checks received, ensuring payment was followed up on and check requests sent to accounting for group commissions or
rebates.
• Served as Chairperson for Heartbeat Ambassadors and kick started a Reward & Recognition program.
• Played an integral role in “The Corner” hotels’ Wellness and Safety Committee.
• Controlled location of hotel certifications and insurance certificates.
• Utilized technical knowledge of Opera, Holidex, Delphi, Cendyn E-Proposal, IHG Merlin, FWI, Exhibio, MARSHA, FOSSE, and
