DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF AN UNREGISTERED LAND

KNOW EVERYONE BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED made and executed by and between:

JAMES C. REID, married, Filipino and a resident of 162 De Leon

Street, Barangay Sta. Maria, Zamboanga City, and NADINE L. REID,
married, Filipino and a resident of 162 De Leon Street, Barangay Sta.
Maria, Zamboanga City, hereto referred as the VENDORS;

in favor of

KIANA C. VALENCIANO, of legal age, Filipino, single and a

resident Galvez Compound, Barangay Sta. Maria, Zamboanga City,
hereunto referred as the VENDEE.

WITNESSETH;

WHEREAS, the VENDORS are the owners of a parcel of land

located at Nazareth Drive, Barangay Culianan, Zamboanga City, and
more particularly described and bounded as follows:

“A parcel of land designated as Lot No. 345

covered by Tax Declaration No. 1234; bounded
on the North by Brigette Losteros property on the
South by School site; on the West by Juan
Karlos Domingo property and on the East by
Andrea Manzano property containing an area of
eight thousand square meters (8,000) square
meters more or less.”

WHEREAS, the VENDORS’ ownership is evidenced by a TAX

DECLARATION NO. 1234 of the City Assessor’s Office of
Zamboanga;

WHEREAS, the VENDORS by these presents do hereby SELL,

TRANSFER and CONVEY, the above described property unto the
Vendee, KIANA C. VALENCIANO in the amount of ONE HUNDRED
FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P150, 000.00) pesos, Philippine
Currency to the full satisfaction of the VENDEE;

WHEREAS, the VENDORS hereby warrant the peaceful

possession and enjoyment of the property by the VENDEE.

signatures on November 22, 2018 in Zamboanga City.
