EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This report was conducted in order to determine the viability and feasibility of
putting a computer repair and services shop. The proposed business name C2MK
Computer Repair and Services will provide computer and technical consulting
(repairs, training, networking and upgrading service) to local small business as home PC
users.

C2MK Computer Repair and Services is located at Balagtas near Balagtas Town
Center, McArthur Highway in Balagtas. A unit with a total of 60 square meters. Examinees
found out that there is no problem in transportation, power, and water supply because it
is located near the highway, rather it is more convenient. One asset of placing the shop
near the highway is the convenience of advertising it to the customers. It is also along
with universities and colleges near at Balagtas Town Center.

C2MK Computer Repair and Services will offer an affordable, on-demand service
for these customers. We can also offer maintenance agreements on small companies
that can generate monthly income. For our clients near the area we can offer services
that can go on their place.

The target market are the customers typically don’t have a full-time IT person, but
have full-time IT management needs.

The total project cost is _________, while the net income on the first year of
operations is assumed to be ______________. The Return of Investment (ROI) is
__________% to become successful. It should maintain an effective cost.

INTRODUCTION

The key is providing non-IT and other customers to provide repairs and other
service to satisfy the customer needs.

Providing services to the other customers is a difficult task that’s why we conduct
this business plan.

We, C2MK Computer Repair and Services are planning to serve a computer
repair and services to our clients. We are planning to serve a good service providing a
well-maintained facility.

Our goal is to set the standard for on-site computer solutions through fast, on-site
service and response. Our customers will always receive one-on-one personal attention
at a very affordable price.

This study aims to formulate an effective establishment where the researcher’s


vision will be in reality, attainable through the means the researchers has come up. It is
to provide a comprehensive business plan for the future entrepreneur to us.
Chapter I: DEFINITION OF THE BUSINESS

C2MK Computer Repair and Services is located in Borol 1st Balagtas, Bulacan. The
room is fully air-conditioned and measuring 60 square meters. The is available with
electricity and water services. The transportation is also available.

The place has been planned because of the accessibility of the vehicles around.
The place is located at the center of the city and near the two colleges; STI College
Balagtas and College of Saint Lawrence.

Our shop will be opened at 9 o’clock in the morning up to 7 o’clock in the


evening, seven days a week.

1.1 The Nature of the Company

Our shop, C2MK Computer Repair and Services is a type of Computer Repair and
Services which serves different kind of services such as Repairing, Troubleshooting,
Printing and downloading of files.

We choose Computer Repair shop because in this generation we are using computers
in our daily life and non-IT person cannot repair their own computers.

1.2 Products or Services to be offered


C2MK Computer Repair and Services compared to other repair shop in Balagtas we
offer affordable labor services starting at “Php 200.00” and affordable replacement
parts. For printing we offer “Php 1.00” for large volume of printing.
Chapter II: MARKET RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS

2.1 Marketing Objectives and Goals

Our primary objectives are to present and offer services to the potential clients a
better quality repair service so that our customer is satisfied, because if we
provide a better quality service the customer will come back again to have our services.

2.2 Marketing Strategies and Tactics

For us to be successful in making this company we have different marketing


strategies to compete to other computer services shop. Our computers, air-conditions
and other equipment are always in good condition so that our potential customers will
be impressed. We can provide Wi-Fi on the customers while waiting their units to be
fixed.

Our employees are always friendly to our customers so that they are easier to
approach. Also we can provide discounts on some of our services like formatting and
downloading of files.

5.1 Market Penetration

To be able to compete on the compete on other computer repair and services in


Balagtas we must think of strategies to enter in the competition. One of the strategies
we come up with is to decrease our service fee and other components that can be use
as replacement. We will provide a comfortable ambiance on customers so they will be
comfortable while waiting on their units. We should be friendly to our customers.

5.2 Pricing

Our prices in our services is affordable for our potential clients/customers. The
labor on our repair services is 200 pesos per unit and on printing services is 2 pesos per
page.

The propose project is service-oriented, it requires human body. The following is

6.2 Forms of Organization

The propose plan will be partnership as its business organization since the
business plan is simple and to avoid further obstacle. The amount needed to put a
business such as C2MC Computer Repair and Services is not that high to require a
number of people to finance it.

6.3 Duties and Responsibilities

Manager

1. Manage and control the operational activities in the business establishments;


2. Giving the orders of the establishment in selection, recruitments and hiring
personnel;
3. Implements business policies;
4. Handle customer request and complaints;
5. Assess and reviews actual conditions, status of operations and progress of
activities; and
6. Evaluate the nature of extent of financing needs.
7. Ensures that service is performed at the highest level.

Cashier

1. Liable for all cash and monetary transactions;


2. Keep the records of collections and receipts; and
3. Prepares the payroll and distributives pay slips and receipts.

Computer Assistants

1. Assisting customer’s needs.


2. Attentive to customer’s needs.
3. Assigned and checks all units of computer
4. Arranges stocks and deliveries for replacement parts.
5. Advise the customer of the information relating on service, such as its warranty
or how to look after it.

Computer Technician

1. Responsible for installing, repairing and troubleshooting; and


2. Responsible for the proper maintenance of all units of computers in terms
of services.
3. When necessary, be able to give in-depth technical advice about parts or
specification on the computer
