Objective
I am seeking a job in the New York area as the head coach of a youth competitive climbing team

Philosophy
The basis of my coaching philosophy is based around the idea that it is my responsibility to
create an environment in which athletes that I am working with are most likely to find success in
their path towards goal attainment. This can take a variety of shapes and forms, but the key
tenant is to shift my coaching to best serve the needs of the athlete.
