Washington Boulevard, 7/11, in reference to a dispute involving a knife. Sergeant O'Donnell was the first on scene and made contact with the victim, Dean Jones, and the suspect, Larry Scott, who were both in the parking lot of the above. Jones advised Scott has been previously trespass from the property and asked him to leave. Jones stated a verbal altercation ensue, at which point Scott reached into his backpack and produced a large knife. Jones stated he was in immediate fear for his life and slapped the knife from Scott's hand onto the ground. Jones advised he then stepped on the knife with his foot and pulled out a box cutter that he had in his pocket. Jones stated Scott did not back away from him and continued to be belligerent and "in his face." Jones advised he then called police. T conducted a NCIC/FCIC and trespass check which advised Scott was trespassed on 04/18/18 by myself. believe there is probable cause to arrest Larry Scott for 784.021(I){a) Aggravated Assault w/weapon w/o intent to kill because Scott did intentionally and unlawfully threaten by act to do violence to Jones, coupled with the apparent ability to do so and created a well founded fear in Jones that violence was imminent and 810.09(2\(b) Trespass After Warning because Scott was previously trespass from 511 N.
