Setup: Attach a tuner to the instrument; either a

tuning, and grip that tuning peg with your left-

Step Identify the note appearing on the tuner, and


compare it to the string note name.

4 -If it is red, the note is too low (flat)


-If it is yellow, the note is too high (sharp)

Step Twist the peg slowly, until the correct note

5 -Counterclockwise to tighten (raise pitch)
