Setup: Attach a tuner to the instrument; either a

Step Find the peg attached to the string you are
tuning, and grip that tuning peg with your left-

Step Pluck the string with your right hand. Wait for the

3 Note: Refer to the musical alphabet to know whether to

bring it higher or lower in pitch.

Step Identify the note appearing on the tuner, and

compare it to the string note name.

4 -If it is red, the note is too low (flat)

-If it is yellow, the note is too high (sharp)
