The next SIP transformation is here! digiSIP is a 100% digital; technology enabled and highly customised service solution
offered by CAMS for investors as well as distributors to start an SIP in 7 days.
To start:
Steps to follow:
Step 1:
In order to ensure that only authorised users are using digiSIP to register SIPs for investors, we need to validate the relation
between distributor and AMC.
Select AMC from the drop-down menu. Enter ARN code (and Sub-broker ARN code and/or EUIN code if necessary) and
click the Submit button

Step 2:
Once distributor authenticity is established, OTP is generated and sent to registered mobile number. If you have not
registered a mobile number, OTP will be sent to your registered email ID.
Step 3:
To validate the distributor-investor relationship, enter investor PAN and specify whether you have done any transaction
in CAMS serviced funds for that investor
o If Yes, Select the AMC for which investor has invested through you and click on submit
o If No, Enter Investor mobile number and click on Verify

Step 4:
Next you have to get consent from investor to initiate the SIP:

Step 5:
You can view all PANs for you want to initiate an SIP on the grid
For each PAN, there will be two statuses, one for confirmation and another for authorization
When investor gives consent in Step 4, the confirmation status for his/her PAN changes from pending to “Initiate
SIP”
You can click on “Initiate SIP” and start setting up the SIP for that investor.

After completing the folio details, you need to enter all scheme details that the investor wants to invest in
There is an option to invest in more than one scheme (multiple SIPs) by clicking on (+) add another scheme button

After you have entered all SIP related details, investor will get an authorization SMS.
In this link, the entire transaction details of SIP including distributor details, investor details, AMC, folio, scheme and OTM
details are written, where the investor must provide his/her consent to authorize the transaction

Once investor authorizes a transaction, authorization status on the grid for that transaction will change to “View SIP”. You
can click on “View SIP” link and check the status of the transaction.
In case, you have registered the Sip through netbanking, you can take the SRN number from the “VIEW SIP” page and
follow-up with the investor to register the SRN number as a biller in his/her bank.
In case, you have registered the SIP with a new COTM, the SIP will not be registered in 7-business days. You will see the
below COTM registration screen where you have to enter all the relevant details.
