Strength

 I was confident and well prepared

 My presentation slides were well organized and catch the
attention
 I used slides that summarize important points and take home
messages
 I provided pre and post-test to asses audience understanding
 I kept the audience engaged by asking questions
 All questions were addressed

Areas for improvements

 The first few minutes of the presentation I was distracted by

audience movements (leaving and joining) due to their work
commitments. (I should try to focus on those who are present)
 I should have provided handouts to the audience as a summary
