To reduce the risk of this we must conduct
3 1 ourselves in a good manner in public and not
create any commotions in public.
We will also make sure that we record the film
quickly as possible while in public so that we don’t
cause any disturbance while in public.
We must not create slip or trip hazards on
pavements and pedestrian areas, for example,
from trailing cables, leaving production equipment
such as camera cases unsupervised.
The location picked by the crew will ensure that
the people in the public can get through the set in
between takes and will be able to pass without
instruction.
5 3 Make sure to assign one member of the
production team to look after the equipment and
make sure it is not left unattended also make sure
that all equipment are put in cases when carrying
them around to prevent them from falling and
breaking.
5 1 Ensure that people do not work too closely to the
road when filming and when working near the
road make sure that someone monitors the road
to reduce risks of getting hit by the car.
5 1 Everyone involved in the short film will be given
as many breaks as they desire, drinks will be
given and allowed on set so that the will be
energised and hydrated throughout the process of
filming the sort film.
There will also be a restriction on the amount of
hours of filming when filming the short film no
more than 2 hours.
SD Cards
SD cards might not be saved which
can result in losing of all of work
and we might lose the SD cards.
3 1 Having multiple SD cards as backups so that if we
lose one SD cards we have one to use as a
backup. Secondly constantly saving the work to
make sure that we don’t lose any of the work and
lastly making sure that we keep the SD Card in a
safe place while filming.
