En este instructable se manejan informaciones de supervivencia e información básica sobre algunos medicamentos, es responsabilidad del usuario corroborar la
información aquí presente antes de hacer uso de ella, la información presentada para localizar el norte funciona solo para el hemisferio norte del planeta (NO LO USES
SI VIVES EN EL EMISFERIO SUR o modifica esa sección), no soy dueño de las imágenes usadas para fabricar esta libreta verifique que fueran de uso libre, pero si
esto afectara al dueño notifíqueme y las removeré, pero como sea esas imágenes tienen el objetivo de enseñar y eso es lo que harán. Por último este instructable está
en ingles /español la mayor parte otras solo en español cambia las partes necesarias a tu idioma local.

Introcucción

Bueno dicho lo anterior empecemos, estaremos de acuerdo que en una situación de emergencia no hay nada más importante que el entrenamiento, y los segundo más
importante es la información, no importa cuantos gadgets de supervivencia tengas si no tienes el entrenamiento apropiado y la información adecuada la información
puede ser mas util que el mejor cuchillo, en situaciones de estrés hay veces que se olvida hasta los más básico, y mucho mas algo complejo como el código Morse,
pero con un buen entrenamiento y/o sentido común y algunas imágenes intuitivas será fácil recordar cosas importantes en el momento de una emergencia.Este no es
un manual de supervivencia estas solo son algunas claves para recordar fácilmente lo esencial

Intro

Well let’s start , first of all we will be agree that in a survival situation there its nothing more important than the training, and second important thing it’s the information, it
doesn’t matter how many survival gadgets you have without the correct raining and the correct information, the info could be must useful than the best survival knife. In
stress situations its easy to forget even the most essential things and even more easy to forget something complex like the Morse code. But with a good training and/or
common sense it will be easy to remember this things in case of emergency, this is not a survival manual it’s just some keys to remember easily the essentials.

Step 1: Diseno/Design

Quise diseñar algo pequeño que cupiera tanto en mi cartera como en mi lata de supervivencia de altoids que fuera ecológico y que tuviera todo lo más importante que se
pueda necesitar así que esta libreta está construida en base a una sola hoja tamaño carta y contiene 20 páginas de información útil. En solo 2x3 pulgadas

Design
Well I wanted to design something that its small enough to fit in my wallet and in my altoids survival tin and also to be ecological , and that it has all the basics that I will
need in a survival situation, so I design it in an only 1 sheet of paper and it contains 20 pages of essential information for survival.

Datos del Seguro
Todos traemos la póliza del seguro en la guantera del coche pero y si sucede un accidente y hay que salir de ahi , puede que tengamos que ir a casa por la copia. Asi
que los datos mejor traerlos siempre consigo
Insurance Data
Everybody leaves the insurance data in the glove box but if you have to get out of the car in an accident you may need to go home to get a copy of the number. Its better
to have them all the time.

Para un paramedico es importante saber que medicamentos esta consumiendo el paciente para evitar aplicar medicamentos contra indicados. Además si llecas a caer
inconsciente alguien podría buscar por tus medicamentos entre tus cosas

For a paramedic its crucial to know if you are taking any medicines to avoid the risk of give you any medicine that can cause reactions with the ones that are in your body,
Also if you get unconscious somebody can look for your medicines in your backpack

Siempre es útil tener a la manos los teléfonos de emergencia de tu localidad como policía, bomberos, incendios forestales, hospital, cruz roja, etc. Además de teléfonos
de contacto para que se puedan poner en contacto con tus conocidos o vecinos en caso de accidente además se te puede descomponer tu celular no le confíes todo.

Always its useful to have the emergency phones like the fire dept. police, hospital, red cross, the forestall dept, etc. Also a list of your friends and neighbors for contact in
case you have an accident, also you cannot thrust your cell phone all the time.

En la pagina 6 y 7 se tiene un área para notas además de unos templates para hacer ganzúas por si olvidas tus llaves con un clip puedes copiar la forma y tamaño de
estas ganzuas para que sea correcto a veces hacer el tamaño correcto es lo es el truco.
Ademas de contar con el codigo 10 para radioaficionados CB

In the page 6 and 7 its a area for notes also there its the templates of the basic loockpicks you can copy them with a paper clip , they are in the correct size some times
the size it’s the tricky part .
Also the 10 Code for the CB amateur radio users

No se ustedes pero esta probablemente sea la parte que mas me cuesta trabajo aun que me los memorice se me olvidan por que no los uso seguido por eso siempre
tener una guía.
En la pagina 13 son los símbolos para recate aéreo se hacen las formaciones con rocas de los símbolos que ahí aparecen para dar mensajes y una guía de
movimientos corporales para guiar helicópteros.
Pagina 14 Alfabeto braile , alfabeto internacional y alfabeto morse, con una imagen de www.learnmorse.com que es super facil de usar para enviar solo sigues el patrón
y para recibir solo usas el area de notas creando líneas en zigzag hacia abajo y depues lo traduces

I dont know if you think this its the most difficult part to learn but for me its very difficult to keep all this data on mind even if i memorize them in a week i will forgot all this,
so i include this data.

receive using the notes are drawing zigzag lines up to down and then traduce.

Step 14: Como armarlo/ how to assemble
El link de descarga esta al final es de microsoft publisher 2007 lo elegi por qui es facil de confiurar para la impresora ademas de ser muy comun

Llena los formatos con tus datos, teléfonos de emergencia, teléfonos de conocidos el código QR personalízala en resumen imprímelos como se muestra en el video
haga pruebas en hojas recicladas, colóquelas contra la luz hasta asegurarse que el ajuste es el perfecto antes de imprimir el oficial ( la configuración esta para mi
Samsung ML1640 pero creo que en la mayor parte de las impresoras funcionara perfecto), Imprimelo en hojas hechas de materiales reciclados por 2 motivos salvas un
árbol y en caso de que tengas que usarla momo yesca para iniciar fuego el papel ecológico contiene algodón en fibras haciéndolo que dure mas tiempo encendido.
Después de impreso rocíale una capa de laca acrílica(es un barniz para papel) esto servirá para 3 cosas hará que la tinta del toner dure mas tiempo en el papel , le da
cierta resistencia al agua además de hacerlo mas flamable por si lo tienes que usar como yesca dejalo secar.
Cortalo en las secciones de 2X6 pulgadas, dóblalos por la mitad y sigue el orden de la numeración que esta marcada, y ármalo como libreta.
Engrápalo por la mitad asegurándote que la grapa no obstruya la información del RCP que está en la mitad
Ya tienes tu libreta de supervivencia, ahora entrena duro práctica como si tu vida dependiera de ello porque así es, siembra un árbol y diviértete

Fill all the entries with your Data , emergency numbers contacts and the QR code, and change all the things you need to change according to your necessities and your
language, print some probes and watch the light across the paper until you see the perfect fit( in my Samsung ML 1640 its perfect like this I think also in must printers)
See the video from printing to check how to insert the paper. Print the official one in paper made from recycled materials for 2 reasons, 1.- you save a tree 2.- the paper
made from recycled paper have cotton fibers that make this burn better in case you need to use this as tinder.
Before you print it aply some acrylic varnish to make this some waterproof, this also make that the ink from the toner remains more time in the paper, and also make this
more flammable.
Cut the sections in pices of 2x6 inches and fold them in the correct order the pages are numerated, and then staple watching to no cover any important information from
the CPR in the central page
Congratulations you make your survival notepad, now train like your lifes depend of that because its true, Planting a tree and get fun
