 ABSTRACT

This report is about the Ramada Inn hotel. In this report all the important aspects and features are
mentioned about Ramada Inn. This report is showing that how the Ramada Inn worldwide
operates today.
It is highlighting all the facts and figures of Ramada Inn Multan. Also it explains all the
strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of Ramada Inn Multan. Ramada is the
international chain of Hotels operating by Bilz Pvt. Company in Multan. Ramada Inn chain of
hotels is operating by Wyndham Hotels and Resorts. I learn a lot of things and gain a lot of skills
during my internship.
 DEDICATION

I dedicate my work to my mother who inspired me a lot and help me to find out pros and
cons of myself. Also I dedicate this work to my Teachers and friends. They guide me and realize
me that I’m very capable of doing this work. Especially I want to dedicate all these efforts to Sir
Mati-ur-Rehman.

super creature with great knowledge and who able me to accomplish this work. I feel great
pleasure in expressing my deepest appreciation and heartiest gratitude to my Teachers and the
staff of Ramada Multan for their guidance and great help during m internship period.

I would like to express my deepest affection for my parents and friends who prayed for my
success and encouraged me during this internship period. I appreciate and acknowledge the
patience, understanding and love provided by the employees of Ramada Multan
Special thanks to the following people who had been very friendly and co-operated with me
throughout my internship period in Ramada Multan. They made it possible for me to learn and
gather all the information needed for my internship report.

EXCUTIVE SUMMARY

Internship is like the First Flight or a young business graduate who is to enter his professional
life very soon. It provides a gateway to youngsters and an insight of corporate world.
The main objective of the internship is to analyze that how the theoretical framework differs
from practical realities. Its mean scope is that we get through the detail study of Ramada Inn
hotel.
If you talk about world class hotel chains then Ramada comes at higher level.
It deals with the hospitality all around the world. For sure I consider myself lucky that I got a
chance to work in Ramada Inn Multan. As like other giant and multinational organizations
Ramada is also having Sales and Purchase Department, Finance Department, Human resource
department.

When I joined Ramada Inn Multan my main object was to analyze that how theoretical frame
work differs from practical realities. So, to understand and analyze this fact I had to participate in
different departments of the organization.

All the analysis has been done upon the performance and different operations of Ramada Inn
Multan.
I have carefully selected the knowledge area and critical points that helped me to develop the
knowledge about Ramada Inn Multan. In these contents I have included introduction of hotels
and hospitality.
The detailed explanation is given about is products and services.
I have done an in-depth analysis of its financial reports that explains everything in the
organization.

After all that SWOT analysis has been done by describing its strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities and threats and among that PEST analysis has also been conducted that tell what
kind of political, economical, technological and social challenges organization is facing.

Finally at the end of internship experience is being explained with the description of activities
performed problems that organization is facing and their solutions have been mentioned.
The conclusion is drawn that Ramada is working efficiently but they have to arrange training
sessions for their employees and they must establishes reward system that could enhance the
working ability of their employees in a better way.
