Description of Work - HR Executive

Essential Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Oversee and provide leadership on various HR programs including talent, reward & recognition, employee experie
engagement and diversity initiatives
Actively provide thought leadership to business/functional leaders on business priorities across organizational and
Develop HR process and policies to suit the business needs
Be a culture shaper for the new organization
Lead and implement special projects (e.g. global initiatives, organization design, process improvement)
Coach leadership on a variety of business issues that impact talent and or business operations
Provides advice and direction to managers and employees related to performance management, employee relatio
planning, compensation, compliance, training & development and organizational design.
Manage employee relations issues that includes and are not limited to participation in investigations, handling em
and performance management meetings
Manage employees deployed at multiple locations and their contracts with respective organizations. Periodical di
persume with the resource requirement analysis to suit the project needs.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors / Masters degree in HR from recognized institute
Atleast 2 - 5 years of HR experience with exposure to business partnering and Organization Development (OD)

Qualifications/Requirements: 
Ability to employ technologies in the recruiting process that create efficiencies.
Adhere to documentation and processes for compliance.
Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques
Background with employment law will be an added advantage
Adaptable within a fast pace environment
Previous experience working in a global company. Experience in startups and software companies will be of added
Previous experience working with Visa/Immigration and company relocation programs
Must have positive and professional verbal and written communication skills and maintain excellent interpersonal
Ability to challenge status quo
Familier with Hindi and English languages
