Agency Agreement

Entered between the following parties

CalypsoCrystal LLC, Vojkova 63, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia as Principal and

1. Scope of This Agreement governs the Agent involvement in the distribution of the
the Principal’s products to the Target Region. This Agreement governs all
Agreement details of business cooperation.

2. Products The Product governed by this Agreement is products known as

CrystalDock; a docking station for iPhone (2G, 3G, 4G) made in four
distinctive designs: Aurora, Beau, Celestia and Dune.

The Product may amend from time to time. On each end every such
occasion the agent will be notified in writing about the new Product
offerings.

3. Target The target region is country of ___________.

4. Price List Wholesale price list is attached to this agreement. The price list is
comprised of recommended retail prices, wholesale prices and volume
discounts. The Price List may change from time to time. On each and
every such occasion the agent will be notified in writing about the new
Price List.

5. Role of the The Agent shall represent the Principal in the Target region.
Agent Representation shall be: introducing to the respective distributers,
introducing to the respective retailers and similar.

6. Role The Principal is responsible for all commercial relationship with chosen
Principal distributers and/or retailers in connection with selling Product to Target
region

7. Agent’s Agent is entitled to agency provision that is equal to 8% of all invoiced and
payments paid revenue for Principal coming from Target region that is a direct result
of Agent activities as described in article 5.

8. Payment The Agent shall invoice the Principal accordingly. Each invoice shall be
settled not later than in 30 days by wire transfer to the Agent’s bank
account.

9. Marketing The Principal will supply Agent with necessary marketing materials in
materials digital form.

10. Use of The Agent may use Principal trademarks for marketing purposes according
trademarks to previous approval by the Principal.

11. Disputes Arbitrary Court at Chamber of Commerce in Ljubljana, Slovenia shall

 resolve all disputes.

12. Term of the This Agreement is signed for term of one year.
