Notes:
• Path for Exit Ticket Status (Supervisor and Exit Case Manager approval/pending status) :
https://ast.accenture.com –> Request Status -> Exit Status –> ‘Click on the Exit Ticket Num’
• Exit Ticket Status on AST will remain “Open” even on your LWD, no action required from your end on this
• If there is a change in the LWD, then employee will receive the revised RAM with updated LWD
• Exit checklists will be closed by concerned stakeholders as per the respective timeline. No follow-up required from
employee’s end.

Role of your Supervisor & Case manager in Exit Process
Supervisor
• Supervisor approves the Exit request on AST (LWD – 14 Working days)
• Supervisor will have to close the Supervisor checklist (LWD-1 WD). This will impact F&F credit and
RL dispatch.
• Any changes required in your DOR, LWD has to be validated and approved by your supervisor
• Supervisor validates and updates the Role description updated by employee while raising the Exit
request. (If you need any change in this, please connect with your supervisor as the Roles & responsibilities updated by
employee will be considered for providing Credence letter in future)

Case Manager
• Case Manager approves the Exit request on AST (LWD – 12 Working days)
• Case Manager should be looped in for any discussions pertaining to changes in DOR / LWD
• Any exception to standard Notice period guidelines should be validated and approved by Case
manager post which this will be taken ahead for further approvals from leadership
• Case Manager provides support on your Exit process & answers your HR queries pertaining to your
Exit. (You need to connect with Finance on myrequests for any queries related to Finance and case manager is not
responsible for answering your Finance queries)

Important Notes :
• Please refrain from taking leaves during your Notice period.
• If any employees stops reporting to work / goes on unapproved leave during NP, this will be
considered as “Absconding Post Resignation” and appropriate disciplinary action would be taken

Check your Exit details
Resignation Date
• Please check if your Date of Resignation has been accurately captured on AST
• If there is any mismatch, please highlight the same to your case manager by attaching a copy of your
resignation email

Notes:
• Please send email to Exits.cm@accenture.com only and not to Individual email IDs of the case
managers
• Mention your Exit request number/Employee ID in the subject line without fail
• For any supervisor changes required on AST, please write to exits.cm with current supervisor’s
enterprise ID

Relieving Date
Every employee needs to serve the Notice Period as per the Terms of employment.
• Your Last working Day (LWD) / Relieving Day would be based on the Notice Period applicable at
your career level.
• Employees on probation will have to serve 30 days Notice period
• Early release requests will not be entertained and any such request should be highlighted / discussed
with the case manager
• LWD can fall on a weekend /public holiday as well. Please ensure that you close your exit formalities
(submission of ID card , laptop etc on the working day prior to your Reliving date

Update Contact Details

Update your contact details as Accenture would communicate with you basis the contact details updated
on AST

• In case you wish to change the details, please raise a request on Myrequest immediately
✓ Contact Number :
✓ Alternate Mailing Address (Your Relieving Letter (RL) would be sent to this address)
• For updating Personal Email: You can now update your personal email address directly on Accenture
People Pages - https://people.accenture.com (Your Relieving Letter Soft Copy will be sent to this email
ID after your LWD)

Note: - Respective changes will reflect on AST within 3-4 working days

Employee To-Do list (on or before LWD)
• Go through the “Employee Rights and Responsibilities” document received when your Exit ticket was raised on AST to
understand your rights and responsibilities with respect to the exit process.

• Handover all the assets/articles (Pocket & Display ID cards, Access cards, Amex card, RSA token, pedestal keys, Parking
sticker, library books etc.) on or before your LWD

• Submit the Employee checklist on AST on or before your LWD (For any queries, you can also connect with ECS)

• Transfer the CP points if you have any budgets available (as supervisor / CC)

• Utilize your CP points (if you have received any points ) before your LWD as you will lose access to the portal after LWD

• Submission of MY TE needs to be done 2 days before LWD

You will lose access by 12 noon on your LWD and hence request you to close everything on or before the timeline

Employee To-Do list (on or before LWD) - Return of IT Assets
• Handover all the IT Assets (Laptop, EUSB , Headset, Tablets, Mobile phones etc.) on or before your LWD at issued location.

• Track the IT assets assigned to you at View My Assets. If you do not possess any IT asset, no action required from your end.

• Failing to return IT Assets within the timelines will lead to a recovery of PO (Purchase Order) value of the asset in your full and
final settlement.

Important Points
▪ Finance team will receive the resignation input anytime on/after LWD-12 days and post that exit formality communication from
finance team would be emailed to employees personal/official email id.

▪ Employees can access ‘Allsectech’ portal and go to the following path for Finance - Exit related FAQ’s.

‘FAQs & NPS’ > ‘Consolidated Payroll FAQs’

▪ Employees can join the Finance Exit Helpline once you received the exit formality mailer from finance team.

▪ During the exit process, finance team checks for all the recoveries due from the employees. Recovery details would be updated in
ALLSEC.

▪ Recoveries, if any, calculated & communicated by finance needs to be paid by DD.

▪ Finance checklist will be approved in AST 2 days before the LWD only in case if employees completes all the exit formalities.

▪ Employees will receive RAM (Resignation Acceptance Mail) 10days before LWD in official and personal email id.

▪ Relieving Letter will be dispatched on 25th Calendar day from LWD, subject to closure of all checklists, Leased Car ownership
transferred away from Accenture (If any) and No recovery.

▪ PF Withdrawal forms will be emailed along with the Relieving letter softcopy mail post completion of Full & Final settlement.

▪ Vpay : You need to be active in the system on the date of disbursement to receive the Vpay. It is not paid on pro-rata basis on your
LWD (if your LWD is falling before date of disbursement) . For any other queries on Vpay, please connect with your People
advisor.

Appendix

Submission of Time Report for the last fortnight

Charge to the appropriate WBSE until your LWD & for the remaining days in the Fortnight, please follow below the steps:-
1) MyTE>> Work Schedule>>custom work schedule>>create.
2) Modify the hours to “zero” for rest of the fortnight and Save.
3) Click on Submit. The respective cells will be greyed out in the timesheet.

Example: If your LWD is on 23rd July, please follow below steps


➢ Open MyTE tool (https://myte.accenture.com/)
➢ In the July 31 Time screen, click on Work Schedule
➢ Click on Create Tab against ‘Custom work schedule for this period only’
➢ Remove the standard working hours charged on after July 23, 2016 (here from July 24 to July 31)
➢ Click on Save
➢ Enter Time and Expenses (if any) for days that you were active
➢ Submit the Time Report.

• WBSe will be provided by your supervisor. For any queries related to WBSe, please reach out to your people advisor
• Dial 3333 from any Accenture office across locations for MyTE related queries.
