The Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) contains key information to help users to
update Information.
Objective
This portal helps users to update Location details, Unlock AD account & reset password.
[Note: - You can access this URL from the Internet as well.]
➢ After logging into ADSelfService Portal for the first time, Users need to
configure the security questions & answers.
Click on “Click Here“ to configure security questions & answers.
➢ Configure Security questions from choices available in a list & answer fields as
shown below.
[Note: The length of the answer should vary between 5 & 255 characters.]
Users can reset security questions & answers at any point in time by clicking on
the Reset Q&A option after logging into ADSelfService Portal.
*upon completion click-on “Update” for details to be updated. (Redirects to Main Page.)

➢ Manage Account:
Click on My Info tab after logging into ADSelfService Portal & update
information.
➢ Reset forgotten password
Click “Continue”
Type the answer to Security question(s) which had previously set while registering
to the Portal
Click “Continue”
Enter & confirm new Password as per the Password Policy Requirements.
NOTE: CTGRP Domain users can use ADPASS to change/update password &
Location BUT cannot use to unlock Accounts.
➢ Reset & Unlocking account through OTP
Mobile number updated in iCore portal will be auto display on ADPASS portal.
Click on “Continue”
Enter the “Verification Code” which will be sent to registred mobile number.
Click on “Continue”
