A. APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Submission of application documents / Payment of initial fee

2. Application to immigration

3. Issuance of the "Certificate of Eligibility" from immigration to school

4. Notice of school to NOZOMI LANGAUAGE CENTER to applicant

5. Payment of final fee

6. Send "Certificate of Eligibility" and "Certificate of Admission" to applicant

7. Apply for "Pre-College Student Visa" to Japan Embassy in Philippines

8. Issuance of "Pre-College Student Visa"

9. Go through the entrance formalities to Japan

C. REQUIREMENT

Applicant:

-Photo (size: 4cm x 3cm / quantity: 8pcs)

-Copy of Passport (photo & back page)

-Copy of Valid ID at Country of Residence (front & back page)

-Original Diploma

-Original Transcript of Records (Form 137 for High School Graduate)

-Copy of Proof of Relationship to the Guarantor (e.g. Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate etc.)

-Applicants must have 12 years of Total Education.

Guarantor:

-Copy of Passport (photo & back page)

-Copy of Valid ID at Country of Residence (front & back page)

-Certificate of Employment

Note: If self-employed, submit the Business License/ITR BIR

-Certificate of Tax Statement (If in Japan) / Certificate of Salary (If not in Japan)

-Certificate of Bank Balance

Note: Amount should be not less than PHP 700,000.00

(as per present currency rate)

NOTE:

•The guarantor should be a relative of the applicant.

•Application forms will be prepared by Nozomi Language Center

•Additional requirement may apply depending on the case of the applicant.

D. FEE

Initial Payment:

JPY 100,000 or PHP 50,000 (as per present currency rate)

•This amount includes the application fee, selection fee, visa processing fee, assistance fee and

Japanese language tutorial fee while waiting for the release of visa.

•This amount should be paid upon the submission of all application requirements.

•In case of the denial of the issuance of visa, the half of the paid amount will be returned back.

Final Payment:

JPY 750,000 or PHP 365,000.00 (as per present currency rate)

•This amount includes 1 year Tuition Fee

Fee, textbook fee and facility fee.

Dormitory is in actual upon arrival in Japan

•This amount should be paid after the release of the Certificate of Eligibility.

REMARK:

The student is eligible to apply for part-time work permit while holding the "Pre-College Student/ Rockbridge
Holdings will give work for the Student Visa

Visa" status thus allowing him/her to support his/her living and school expenses in Japan.

Tuition: Final Payment May vary from School to school premises
