James Doolittle was a pioneering pilot,aeronautical engineer, Combat leader, and military
strategist. His key role in WWII is that he was one of the soldiers that went to the first bombings
on Tokyo, Nagoya, and Yokohama. He was also leadership in three different flight crews the
twelfth air force,fifteenth air force and the, eighth air force.
Three thousand five hundred and seventy seven Americans died with one thousand one
hundred and seventy seven being on the Arizona.There were also over twelve hundred burned or
maimed americans from the attack. There were five battleships that were attacked but recovered
and repaired and they are the California, Maryland, Nevada,Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. There
were also three battleships that were sunk and never recovered which are the Arizona,the
The purpose of the Atomic Bomb was to kill a lot of japanese soldiers although the bomb
was way to effective and killed many civilians as well approximately 375,000 japanese people

1940 and ended december 10th 1941 and it was closed because they refused to help the allies and

five hundred fifty seven ,WWI in second with fifty three thousand four hundred two, Vietnam
War in third with forty seven thousand four hundred twenty four, and the Korean War with thirty
three thousand six hundred eighty six.WWI lasted one year 1917-1918,WWII lasted four years
1941-1945,Korean War lasted three years 1950-1953, and the vietnam war lasted twenty years
1955-1975. Psychologically WWII was the worst on how soldiers did mentally soldiers were
scared to death such as on D'Day where they knew that most of them were going to die.
Women in WWII were asked to come and help with the manufacturing of things such as
clothes for soldiers and even vehicles such as tanks and planes. Women played a huge role in
WWII because a lot of the men were off at war which meant production back in America was
slower so women were asked to cme and help and they helped significantly and do to them doing
this and America realizing how equal and important women were they were given more rights
Conscientious objectors are people who do not like to condone in violence which means
they are against it. An example of a conscientious objector is Desmond T. Doss in Hacksaw
Ridge, in case you do not know Desmond did not want to condone in violence not even want to
hold a weapon but he still wanted to serve and help people in the war so he became a combat
medic and his friends and fellow soldiers retreated off the ridge while they still had fellow

soldiers on the ridge and Desmond ran around caring for people, and lowering them off of the
ridge and saving many lives. Today you cannot enlist in the military and be a conscientious
objector.
Anti-semitism is being hostile or prejudice to jews. Examples are Hitler and his army
attacking and raiding through jewish towns and forcing them out of their homes and putting them
into concentration camps to be worked to death or murdered in a gas chamber. Examples today
are telling rude and dark humor jokes and maybe even some people actually showing hatred
This essay talks about WWII and how people from many perspectives suffered and what
was attacked and where this essay also talks about the home life during WWII and how things
