Introduction :
As per stipulated in Clause 7.2.3 IATF 16949:2016, the organization shall verify that internal auditors are competent, and can
demonstrate the ability to use the automotive process approach for auditing. These qualified internal auditors shall be able to perform
internal audit (IQA) which comprise of QMS Audit (Clause 9.2.2.2), Manufacturing Process Audit (Clause 9.2.2.3), and/or Product Audit
(Clause 9.2.2.4) based on its internal audit programme. This is to ensure that implemented quality management system is effective and is
complying with the specific requirements.
Who Must Attend :

The training workshop is specially designed for those internal auditors, process owner, quality related professionals, or management
who are required to conduct Internal Quality Audit (IQA) to assure the effectiveness of implementing IATF 16949:2016 Quality
Management System.

Methodology :

This workshop will be conducted via lectures, group discussion as well as the quality audit based on the current IATF 16949:2016 documente
QMS being developed by the company. The trainer will coach the participants through the whole process of IQA from auditing, identifying the
non-conformities (NCs), issuing the Corrective Action Request (CAR) until the stage at Verification of Corrective Action.
