COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT

I, TATAY N. BEAUTY, the undersigned, of legal

age, and a resident of #69 Tropical Valley Gardens,
San Roque, Antipolo City, Rizal, accuses MACK HALE
D. BEAST of the crime of KIDNAPPING AND SERIOUS
ILLEGAL DETENTION against my person and the SPECIAL
COMPLEX CRIME OF KIDNAPPING AND SERIOUS ILLEGAL
DETENTION WITH RAPE AND HOMICIDE against my
daughter BELLE N. BEAUTY with rape resulting to
homicide, committed as follows:

1. That on the evening of 15 August 2018, FAIRY G.

MOTHER invited me, TATAY N. BEAUTY and my
daughter, BELLE N. BEAUTY to a business dinner
in her residence at #100 Forest Ridge Village,
San Isidro, Antipolo City to discuss the
upcoming event to be managed by our company,
MUSIC BOXES EVENTS AND PROMO.1

2. That at around 10 PM after the said business

dinner, and while my daughter and I were
walking to the vacant lot where our carousel is
parked, I was struck by a blunt object and was
forcibly taken to an unfamiliar mansion
together with my daughter.

3. As narrated by FAIRY GUARD JR. in his
Sinumpaang Salaysay2, our carousel is still
parked in the parking area of Forest ridge
village.

4. That I later found out that it was Mr. MACK

HALE D. BEAST, who struck me in the head is the
same person who kidnapped the us. While we’re
on a van, hand-tied with our mouth gagged, he
asked us, “So ano pakiramdam ngayon na papaunta
na kayong impyerno?” then he exclaimed,
“Pagbabayaran nyo ngayon yung pagpapahiya ninyo
sakin! Akala mo kung sino kayo at ayaw mo
paligawan si BELLE sa akin!”

5. That MR. MACK HALE D. BEAST is about 5 feet 4

inches in height, wavy hair, fair complexion
and has striking features with middle-sized
angry eyes.

6. That I was unlawfully detained in a cell

directly across my daughter’s cell for more
than three (3) consecutive days. Both cells
were well-lighted with electric torches in the
corner. Also, my daughter and I have noticed
that the bars are greasy including its hinges.

7. That Mr. MACK HALE D. BEAST, would come to our

cells multiple times every day and rapes my
daughter while forcibly asking me to watch. He
even exclaimed and curses me, “Tangina kang
matanda ka, kung di mo kami papanuorin,
papatayin ko na ‘tong anak mo!”

8. That each and every time, after Mr. MACK HALE
D. BEAST sexual urges has been satisfied, one
of his servant’s would come visit our cells to
serve our meals.

9. MRS. TEA T. POTTS, would serve us bread and tea

right after Mr. MACK HALE D. BEAST is done
raping my daughter in the morning.

10. MRS. TEA T. POTTS is kind enough to provide

first aid for my daughter’s bruises and gives
her new clothes to wear, all which are colored
yellow. MRS. TEA T. POTTS narrated in her
Sinumpaang Salaysay, how BELLE N. BEAUTY, would
plead mercy – “Para nyo na pong awa, tulungan
nyo kami” to which she replied, “Parehas lang
tayo nakakulong sa mansion na to ‘nak”.3

11. MR. COGSWORTH W. CLOCK, would provide us lunch

right after Mr. MACK HALE D. BEAST is done
talking to my daughter while simultaneously
fondling my daughter for his sexual and lustful
desires. In his Sinumpaang Salaysay, MR.
COGSWORTH W. CLOCK, narrated how Mr. MACK HALE
D. BEAST, after every lustful noon session,
would angrily tell him, ”Clock ano ba anong
oras wala pa rin yung pagkain ng mga bisita
natin!”.4

12. Lastly, every evening, MR. LUMIERE C. LIGHT,

would come to serve us dinner in candlelight,
where she would graciously spend time talking
to us offering her words of hope. “May awa ang
Diyos mga anak”, to which I replied, “Naawa po

 ang Diyos, ngunit mas kailangan po namin ang
awa nyo”.5

13. The next evening, MR. LUMIERE C. LIGHT, after

serving as candlelight dinner, whispered,
“Naawa na ang diyos sa atin, bukas makakaalis
na tayo dito.”

14. The next day, after serving us the usual bread

and tea, MRS. TEA T. POTTS, gave me the keys6
to the to our cell and said, “Maghintay lang po
kayo ng go-signal ni Mr. Clock”. Feeling
relieved, I told my daughter, “Umidlip muna
tayo anak para meron tayong lakas sa ating pag
takas mamaya.”

15. MR. COGSWORTH W. CLOCK woke me up at 10 AM that

day, and told me, “Boss, kailangan na natin
magmadaling tumakas”, to which I replied,
“Sige, si Belle ginising mo na din ba?”, but to
my surprise, Belle is not in her cell.

16. The four of us – LUMIERE C. LIGHT, TEA T. POTTS

AND COGSWORTH W. CLOCK, escaped without BELLE
N. BEAUTY, it was painful for me to leave
without my daughter.

17. While we were running away the mansion MR.

LUMIERE C. LIGHT told us that it was MR. MACK
HALE D. BEAST who took Belle away, but they
don’t know where.

18. MR. COGSWORTH CLOCK volunteered to stay in

order to see the return of Mr. MACK HALE D.
BEAST and Belle. So, Mrs. Light and Mrs. Potts

 accompanied me to the nearest police station to
ask for help.

19. When we arrived at the Police Station PO1 TANK

U. LEFOU together with Sr. Inspector Gaston,
asked us what happened and we told him
everything. He then helped us file the POLICE
BLOTTER.7

20. Immediately after, SR. INSPECTOR SLICK S.

GASTON, ordered his men to raid mansion based
on our testimony.

21. MR. LUMIERE C. LIGHT and I were accompanied by

the police to the mansion and they immediately
blocked the escape routes of premises. They
searched the whole mansion and the lot adjacent
thereto where they have found the corpse of my
daughter, with a stab wound in her chest.

22. I am executing this complaint-affidavit to file

a formal complaint of against Mr. MACK HALE D.
BEAST for the special complex crime of
Kidnapping with Rape resulting to homicide.
