specializes in providing complete consulting solutions and staff augmentation to its clients.
We provide on-time, on-budget, and quality service to our clients and consistently meet their
expectations.

Responsibilities:

 Working directly with end client’s requirements like Tier1 venders/Implementation


partnerslike, Modis, Judge group, Mondo, Robert Half Technology, Star Point
solutions,Kforce etc..,.
 Have Direct Contacts with the T1 Vendors or Implementation Partners in USA.
.
 Marketing H1B/Bench Consultants by posting/submitting their resumes on various
job boards/requirements.
 Preparing the CV and suggest any modifications required.
 Broadcasting the consultants profile to Vendors on regular basis.
 Maintaining friendly rapport with the consultants and making them aware of
submissions, vendor/Implementation partner’s calls and client interviews.
 Handling post interview aspects such as follow-up with the vendor for interview
feedback, POs Joining and MSA.
 Keeping the management in loop on clients’ interviews, project start dates etc.
 Coordinating with the consultant till he reports to the clients reporting manager.
 Placed consultants for various clients.
 Successfully placed candidates on Corp to Corp (C2C).
 Scrutinizing the resumes, interacting with candidates to understand their capabilities,
strengths, limitations.
 Follow up till the candidate joins the organization and updating the status of all
rejects/hold status accordingly.
 Blasting the hotlist to Different Vendors, Google and yahoo Groups.
Involving in requirement search from jobsites like dice.com, monster.com and Career
Builder.com for various requirements
 Having good understanding of tax terms Corp-to-Corp/ W2/ 1099.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
