ENTRY 1 (10th - 28th October 2017)


This is an early entry. The starting entry. I started my project on 10th of October. Contrary to
what most people did on their projects, I preferred doing the report alongside with the product so
I wont feel left out doing either things. And during this first period of this dateline, I completed
investigation. I actually started making the goal and global context before 10th October, but it
was mere words (unchecked and just a rough idea). I started to really edit my work starting that
date. And after I completed until global context, I carried on with prior knowledge. The cover
page was made before 10th as well. And focusing on the first stage of PP, I was able to finish
them all including the research on the 28th. However, I haven’t finished the stage, yet. I still gad
survey to make and give. The research was quite simple actually. I only had 4 questions to
research. Those questions were “What is a good website and what it takes to make a good
one?”; “What are the elements and principles of design needed?”; “Is it better to use not all
formal words?”; “How to in text cite?”. Those questions reflected the fundamental basis that I
need to complete my product, and in order for it to be successful.

ENTRY 2 (4th November 2017)


On 4th November, I headed over to Google Forms to make a survey. I wanted to survey to be
quite long so I can understand their interpretation of bad habits. In total, I put 23 variate
questions so I could understand what they understand. This survey was to also see what they
liked about websites in general, what they want to see form my website, their opinion/s of
having this kind of a website, and most importantly, the bad habits they have, they know, and
they agree. And whatever bad habits they have was taken to consideration. This was how I
came up with the 17 classifications. It was from them. So the 17 classifications are:

And those 17 classifications are not the minimum. I set up my minimum blogs to cover until the
completion of PP to be 8 blogs minimum. The 17 classifications were just the first 17 topics I’m
covering.

ENTRY 3 (13th November 2017)


Surprisingly, the survey was done by 13th November. It only took around a week for me to gain
51 respondents. I was glad. The survey was sent through everywhere and I promoted it
everywhere. I promoted it through instagram accounts, snapchat, WhatsApp messages and I
told them to spread it to their connections. My original target was 50 respondents and I had 1
extra. Most of them are teenagers, ranging from 14-19. And they were my audience anyway. So

ENTRY 4 (20th November 2017)


During this phase, I started researching about the blog contents. I decided to research about
overthinking first, because I figured that it will be the most effective if I did the ones I wanted
most. Researching is easy. But being able to find the correct information took a bit more time. I
know that I’m supposed to include the introduction and other things about the bad habits to go
to my blog, but that was put on the site’s draft later once I’m done with the ways to overcome
the habit. I prioritize the ones important first. So for overthinking, I figured that there was so
many way to treat it. But I summarized them more and had 4 simple ways to overcome it. Those
are: Being calm and mindful; What’s going to happen will happen; Talk to yourself; and socialize.

ENTRY 5 (29th November 2017)


I know I researched overthinking before making the website. And that was okay. The reason
why I researched overthinking first is to determine the speed of me researching information. By
knowing that, I’ll be able to determine the time I needed and know the limit. Before this date, I

have made the logo already in Canva. It is a circle and inside, titled “Breaking Bad”. I decided
on this stage that I wanted 4 different colors. And those are green. I just love how the mute-ish
color works and see. It looks so clean and fresh and perfect for this website. Speaking of
website, I headed over to Wix and made the website there. Making the website was easier
when you already have your logo. It automatically uses the logo to design its own color palette
using Wix Artificial Design Intelligence.

The website on the green picture looks good. However, it turned out that I didn’t like green that
much. So I went over to Canva again and immediately changed it. I was scrolling through
instagram when I saw this cute drawings containing 4 colors. Immediately I can tell that those
colors are going to be perfect on my website. So I did. I changed the font and minimum the
looks. I changed the color palette into Silk, Tan, Charcoal, and Paper. I loved it immediately. And
so that day, I played over the website and seeing what I liked what I disliked and drag and drop
segments here and there until I came up with my favorite navigable layout.

ENTRY 6 (8th - 15th December 2017)


In this period of time, I researched the next 2 topics. Those were clumsiness and picking skin.
Throughout my life, I felt like clumsiness became something that I do rarely. But whenever I was
clumsy, I became so embarrassed and ashamed by it. And that was why I chose clumsiness to
be my 2nd topic. Dealing with clumsiness isn’t actually hard. It just requires patience and willing

to overcome it. I found 3 ways to overcome it. Those are: patience; think of what to do; and
don’t stay up late.

As I grew up, my face produces more pimples (annoyingly). So picking skin used to be one of
my bad habits. Until I learnt that it can damage your face in the future, looking to some of my
uncle who had the same habit during their childhood. But it turned out, Picking skin is so easy to
overcome. It literally only needs 2 steps: Use gloves to prevent yourself; and care for your skin.

ENTRY 7 (14th - 15th January 2018)


This topic was specifically something that I enjoyed researching. Short tempered. We as
humans got mad overtime. And in my social environment, my friends are very prone to short
tempered. In fact, my best friend is short tempered. So I wanted to do this, not only to make
myself learning how to overcome it, but also help people out there who just can’t control their
temper. Since some of the aspects were more personal, I mixed research and my personal
opinion on how I controlled my anger. And in result, I have 3 methods on treating it: not all
people deserve your attention (why should you care?); Think of reasons or something to say to
them instead of just concluding everything instantly; and it’s okay to have anxiety. The last point
is probably very deep. But sometimes, people forget that anxiety is okay as long as we don’t
prolong them.

ENTRY 8 (16th - 19th January 2018)


The next 2 is my favorite bad habits topic. They are drinking problem (alcohol) and swearing.
Throughout the life to be teenager that doesn’t consume alcohol at all I have so many friends
who do. I saw what it did to them. Most of them are no good. They do it when they’re stressed
or plain bored. And it’s just pathetic to see it like that. That was why I’m doing this. This blog was
the longest too. There are so much coverage on this topic, it’s like a novella. And I’m glad with
the outcome. There are so many ways to treat drinking problems. In fact, I put 5: Give up or
ditch suggestive situations; Avoid temptations; Ditch your drinking friends; Commit to stop; Think
that it’s bad for you. In detail, the information is in this screenshot:

And what’s good with this topic is I also put coverage on the effect of alcohol to your body. As
seen on the upper part of the screenshot, it was the effects of alcohol to body. I intentionally put
that there, to support people to stop as well as caring for themselves. Alcohol kills more than
sharks. So by adding that, people would definitely feel bad for themselves (if they have this
habit).

And swearing. I swear, and so are the rest of the people in the world. It’s not that I’m against
swearing, a lot of people just don’t know how to use swearing in the proper time with the right
place and right people. So I gathered information on how to actually stop this bad habit (but
NOT stopping swearing). I don’t like those kinds of people so much that I actually formulated 6
steps on treating them. And they are: time consideration; don’t listen to explicit songs;
descriptive; patience; think ahead; think that there are people who are sensitive.

ENTRY 9 (26th January - 8th February 2018)


During this period, I researched 2 things. The first one is holding pee. I decided to consider this
as a bad habit because I also hold pee. After researching and researching, I now see the steps
of how to overcome it. But the best part is probably me learning something from this. I now hold
my pee less. Because throughout researching, I learnt to break the habit as well. The steps I
used are: monitor your biological peeing time; go immediately or before; drink strategically (in
time to time, not all at one).

The second and last one before the PP due date is not drinking enough. My sister doesn’t drink
enough water. A friend of mine doesn’t too. And on some occasions, me too. Sometimes, I went
to school a bottle full of water. When I went home, I realized that the bottle was untouched the
whole time. So this kept me thinking. Maybe whilst taking this for my advantage too, people like
them could also learn. We could learn together. So I actually found 7 ways to drink more water.
And by far, this is the longest one. Now during this phase, I also changed the titling method I
used. Unlike the previous posts where I used only one word title like “overthinking”,
“clumsiness”, now I used a more engaging title like “7 ways to drink more water”. That sounds
more engaging and appealing so people would be interested more. The ways are: get a bottle;
put glass of water near bed at night; flavor the water; set up drinking time; drink before eating;
cleanse with water; drink mineral water.

ENTRY 10 (15th February 2018)


Lastly, the 15th of February. In this day, I made the second and last survey in Google Forms to
test my product against the criteria, knowing what people think, feedback, and success rating.
This was the way I assessed my ability to make and write a website, as well as designing it to
suit the theme and everything. This way, I would know whether all my goals, global context, and
criteria was achieved or not. Unfortunately, the link is closed. But I have the table of results.
