DEED OF RELEASE AND QUITCLAIM

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That this instrument executed by the undersigned PAMELA ONE, of legal age, married, and residing in Davao
City, Philippines, witnesseth:
That the PAMELA ONE is an employee of the ALMAMICO as General Manager, for a period of 1.53 years,
acknowledges that she has been paid all wages and benefits under labor laws, SSS, or other social legislation
measures, for the duration of her employment, and that she has no claim against the ALMAMICO, and/or any of
its officers and employees and/or agents;
That it is PAMELA ONE’s intention to voluntarily resign from services effective April 10, 2014 and the
ALMAMICO has accepted the same;
That for the consideration of the total sum of PESOS: FIFTY SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY ONE AND
15/100 (P56,521.15) receipt of which is hereby acknowledge by PAMELA ONE, covers all the years of her
employment with ALMAMICO, in full and complete payment and satisfaction of any and all separation pay and
other gratuities during the entire period of her employment with whatsoever company, which she
acknowledges to have been received by her in full, the undersigned, PAMELA ONE, hereby releases the
ALMAMICO, and/or any of its officers and employees and/or agents, their heirs and successor in-interest, from
all claims, rights or choice of action that she may have against them by reason of her employment or her
resignation;
It is hereby understood that this release and acceptance of the above amount bars the undersigned from
claiming or receiving from the ALMAMICO, and/or any of its officers and employees and/or agents, double or
multiple benefits in the form of severance benefits, retirement pay or the like and howsoever these may be
named, arising out of or by reason of her resignation, contract, law or order of an appropriate government
agency; and therefore PAMELA ONE, herewith WAIVE any and all claims retirement, and/or other severance
benefits, if any there be, against ALMAMICO, and/or any of its officers and employees and/or agents, rendering
the ALMAMICO, and/or any of its officers and employees and/or agents free and harmless from any such liability
arising from her resignation, and that that should PAMELA ONE or her heirs, or successors-in-interest institute
and file any claims and the same be granted whatever amount PAMELA ONE have received, through the
undersigned, shall be deemed and considered in payment of such claims;
