b) STREAMLINING HR operations with AI. Because in every company


there’s always a concern in every HR. different kind of questions concern
and problems but there HR TEAM doesn’t respond or give their feedback
to every concerns this are one of the big reasons why every employees
are decide to resign . If they give an AI apps for every employee each
concerns are easily answered by the top management as well as if you
have problems in your salary or deductions you can concern it and wait for
their answer. If you also need some documents loans and other benefits
always coordinate with your HR. In our organization we don’t have our
own HR in our store but we have in our main branch in manila. Our
requested documents take to long for us to have a feedback or we can
always follow up what we need to them. If we has an AI APPS in every
employees I think all concerns problems that they think will be answered
as soon as its possible and the conflict between the management and the
employees will be ok

This is a TABULAR presentation of a timekeeping of employees for the
last 3 months of OUR HOME. My action plan in this situation is to give credit for
those employees who’s always perfect attendance and consistent on there’s
extra good service if they are always perfected their attendance every month I
will give 10% incentive bonus monthly. And Punishment charge for those AWOL
and UNATHORIZE ABSENT. Extra bonus for those perfected their attendance
and training seminar for free. And for them to develop their knowledge and
different kind of abilities. Because of this they will motivated those who are
always AWOL will be encourage to perfect their attendance. And create a better
team give also a meeting for the concerns of the employees so that all problems
will be rectify

6. Discuss the recruitment and selection process your staff in your department
and enumerate the flaws in the procedure and provide suggestions to remedy
such flows

In my department in our organization the selection of the newly hired employees


are all it depends to our store manager/supervisor in which he was the authority
to interview and if they passed it they will send it to our head office after the
review of our area manager and accept the applicant that’s the time when they
will give an list of requirements and medical to comply they give at least 5- 6
months first contract it all depends on their performance after 3 months they will
be appraisal by our management to let them know if they need to improve
something or promote for an probationary period sometimes our company takes
hard to find the right employee because they study their cv thoroughly it will
need to review by 2 managers the store manager and the area manager because
this many times in our store need to extend their duty time or cancel their rest
day. My suggestion on this matter is we should hired our own HR personnel in
every branch because it’s the responsibility of the HR not the management.

8. Examine the current conditions of employees (rank and file in the Philippines)
how can we improve the current conditions to improve staff performance.

The Rank and File here in our country are the hearth of every company the one
always do different kind of task that the management doesn’t recognize. They
always struggle achieving different kind of duties responsibilities and multitasking
handling their time management to finish every task in the deadline. Our country
sometimes has a tradition I think that if you don’t have any educational
attainment or bachelor’s degree you’re not able enough to promote to higher
position your status will stay on a rank and file even you work in their company
more than a decade. Since I am a rank and file employee that’s why I know this
situation it’s hard for me to accept but it’s the sadness true I encounter different
person working too long in the company. Asking them what are they plan are
they want to still on their position or they achieving to be promoted. Every
appraisal of our management has a new task. They give almost half of their life
working in the company in the same position and doesn’t be promoted as long as
their knowledge and skills are applicable for the position there educational
background are not . This is the battle between the paper and the experience you
gain. I’m grateful that there’s a program where you can study fast and graduate
while you are working this is one way to improve current conditions of staff.

I also think that if the government study this situation and focused in this
issues they can change the curriculum of every company in terms of promotion
an applicable one can be promoted even they doesn’t finishes a bachelor’s
degree. The well experience can be train in the new process or new directions
setup or other implementation while the fresh graduate should start in the bottom
always for them to experience that there’s no shortcut in everything and after a
month a quarter you can P.A. them if they are applicable to be promoted .
