SWORN AFFIDAVIT

That I, MAUREEN M. VINCOY, single, of legal age, Filipino citizen and residing at Door 3,
Sierra Apartment, St. Augustine Street, Ma. Asuncion Village, Brgy Daro, Dumaguete City Negros
Oriental, after being duly sworn to in accordance with the law, depose and say:

1. That I received and acknowledged the receipt of money amounting to Three Hundred Fifty
Thousand Pesos (Php 350,000.00) from the Companies, Fullwon Philippines Enterprises
Ltd., Inc. and Cann’s Heavy Equipment and Machinery hereinafter referred to as the
“Companies” subject to the following terms and conditions, to wit:

1.1 I shall surrender, waived and renounced any business interest, rights or participation
whatsoever over the aforementioned Companies;

1.2 I shall no longer conduct or transact business or any other forms of transaction with the
company Fullwon Philippines Enterprises Ltd., Inc., and its employees.

2. That upon receipt of the said amount, I shall no longer demand or ask for any additional
compensation or any monetary request or claims from the said Companies.
2.1 Fullwon Philippines Enterprises Ltd., Inc. will be liable for the ITR 2018 of Cann’s
Heavy Equipment and Machinery or any other pending taxes
2.2 Fullwon Philippines Enterprises Ltd., Inc. will be liable of all the employees of Cann’s
Heavy Equipment and Machinery for any pending Government Benefits, penalties and
others.
3. That upon execution of this Affidavit, I shall sign all the documents necessary for the closure
of one of the company under my name, Cann’s Heavy Equipment and Machinery and
shall likewise deliver related documents, if any.

4. That I further undertake to observe strict confidentiality of all the knowledge I have gained
from the companies, shall never divulge any information to any third party, and at all times
protect the goodwill of the Companies and its employees.

5. That I shall not divulge any information to competitors or other persons outside of the said
companies that is related to trucks, equipment and spare parts business.

6. That no threats, or other forms of harassments, violence or damages shall be done or imposed
to the Companies and employees vice versa.

7. That in the event that Maureen Muñez Vincoy and or Fullwon Philippines Enterprises Ltd.,
Inc. will violate this undertakings/Affidavit, either may take appropriate legal actions against
each other pursuant to existing laws and shall refund the aforementioned amount with
interest and damages.

That we are executing this Affidavit to affirm the truthfulness of our foregoing statements,
adhere and confirm the above-enumerated undertakings and for whatever legal purpose it may serve me
best.
