The "CALIBRATIONS" menu allows the user to perform calibrations

The "CALIBRATIONS" menu option is entered by selecting "CALIBRATIONS" from the


"SERVICE" menu. Press the up key (8) or the down key (13) until "CALIBRATIONS" is
highlighted in order to select this option. Then press the "OK" key (15) .

Note: Refer to Systems Operation, "Service Mode" for instructions to get to the "SERVICE" menu.

Perform the following steps in order to calibrate the Control Valves:

1. Main Menu

2. Service

3. Enter the "SERVICE" password.


4. Calibrations

5. Control Valves

6. Select the desired control valve from the menu.

When a blue number is displayed, perform the operation that corresponds with the step in table 2 for
the number that is displayed.

Note: It is possible for an error to occur when you are calibrating. If an error occurs during the
process of calibrating, restart the process of calibrating.

Connect the pressure gauge to the pressure tap corresponding to the selected valve. Then

press the "OK" key (15) in order to go to the next step.
2 Release all controls then press the "OK" key (15) in order to go to the next step.
Hold the thumbwheel in the forward position while pressing the "OK" key (15) in order to

go to the next step.
Hold the thumbwheel in the forward position while tuning the pressure to the target value.
Press the right key (9) or the left key (12) in order to increase or decrease the pressure

shown on the pressure gauge. When you finish tuning the pressure to the target value,
press the "OK" key (15) to go to the next step.
5 Repeat step 3.
6 Repeat step 4 for the new target value.
7 Repeat step 2.
8 End of the calibration.

Relief Valves

Perform the following steps in order to calibrate the Relief Valves:

1. Main Menu

2. Service

3. Enter the "SERVICE" password.

4. Calibrations

5. Relief Valves

6. Select the desired relief valve from the menu.

When a blue number is displayed, perform the operation that corresponds with the step in table 2 for
the number that is displayed.

Note: It is possible for an error to occur when you are calibrating. If an error occurs during the
process of calibrating, restart the process of calibrating.

1 Connect the pressure gauge to the pressure tap corresponding to the selected valve. Then
press the "OK" key (15) in order to go to the next step.
Hold the thumbwheel in the forward position while pressing the "OK" key (15) in order to

go to the next step.
Hold the thumbwheel in the forward position while tuning the pressure to the target value.
Press the right key (9) or the left key (12) in order to increase or decrease the pressure

shown on the pressure gauge. When you finish tuning the pressure to the target value,
press the "OK" key (15) to go to the next step.
4 Repeat step 2.
5 Repeat step 3 for the new target value.
6 Release all controls then press the "OK" key (15) in order to go to the next step.
7 End of the calibration.

PS Pres Valve

Perform the following steps in order to calibrate the PS Pres Valve:

1. Main Menu

2. Service
3. Enter the "SERVICE" password.

5. PS Pres Valve

When a blue number is displayed, perform the operation that corresponds with the step in table 2 for
the number that is displayed.

Note: It is possible for an error to occur when you are calibrating. If an error occurs during the
process of calibrating, restart the process of calibrating.

Connect the pressure gauge to the pump pressure tap. Then press the "OK" key (15) in

order to go to the next step.
Press the right key (9) or the left key (12) in order to increase or decrease the current
2 value. Tune the pressure to the target. When you finish adjusting then press the "OK" key
(15) to go to the next step.
3 Repeat step 2 for the new target value.
4 End of the calibration.

Flow Limit Valve

Perform the following steps in order to calibrate the Flow Limit Valve:

1. Main Menu

2. Service

3. Enter the "SERVICE" password.

4. Calibrations

5. Flow Limit Valve

6. Make the desired selection from the Flow Limit Valve screen.

When a blue number is displayed, perform the operation that corresponds with the step in table 2 for
the number that is displayed.

Note: It is possible for an error to occur when you are calibrating. If an error occurs during the
process of calibrating, restart the process of calibrating.

1 Connect the pressure gauge to the appropriate pressure tap. Then press the "OK" key (15)
in order to go to the next step.
Move stick to full in position then press the "OK" key (15) in order to go to the next step.

Hold stick in the full in position then press the "OK" key (15) in order to go to the next

step.
Hold the stick in the full in position while tuning the pressure to the target value. Press the
right key (9) or the left key (12) in order to increase or decrease the pressure shown on the

pressure gauge. When you finish tuning the pressure to the target value, press the "OK"
key (15) to go to the next step.
5 Repeat step 3.
6 Repeat step 4 for the new target value.
7 End of the calibration.

Lever/Pedal/Atch

Perform the following steps in order to calibrate the right and left thumbwheels:

1. Main Menu
2. Service

3. Enter the "SERVICE" password.

4. Calibrations

5. Lever/Pedal/Atch

6. Select the deisired thumbwheel from the Lever/Pedal/Atch screen.

When a blue number is displayed, perform the operation that corresponds with the step in table 5 for
the number that is displayed.

Note: It is possible for an error to occur when you are calibrating. If an error occurs during the
process of calibrating, restart the process of calibrating.

Move the thumbwheel to the FORWARD position then the BACKWARD position.

the number that is displayed.

When a blue number is displayed, perform the operation that corresponds with the step in table 7 for
the number that is displayed.

Note: It is possible for an error to occur when you are calibrating. If an error occurs during the
process of calibrating, restart the process of calibrating.

Connect the speed sensor to the fan. Then press the "OK" key (15) in order to go to the

next step.
Press the right key (9) or the left key (12) in order to increase or decrease the current
2 value. Tune the fan speed to the target. When you finish tuning the fan speed to the target
value, press the "OK" key (15).
3 Repeat step 2 for the new target value.
4 End of the calibration.
