I. BOOKINGS GUIDELINES

• You can create a booking upon:


o Import – receipt of OLRS
o Export – submission of pre-advise
• All slots are classified among three demand zones. These
classifications are:
o Free
o Rebate
o Medium
o High

• Slots classified under medium and high demand zones are


charged at Php 300.00 and Php 500.00 respectively. Free and
rebate demand zone is free of charge.
• Rebate:
o A rebate of 300 points is given to a user if a booking is
met on time on a rebate demand zone.

• You must ensure that plate numbers are added and updated
accordingly in your bookings as this will be the reference
number used by government traffic enforcers to monitor and
check if you have a TABS booking via the TABS SMS Tracking
System.
• Double Transaction Incentive:
o Book an Export/Empty drop-off and the associated import
pick-up will be free of charge.
o Manual acceptance of import
! Book Export laden/Empty in TABS and then present
import gatepass upon arrival at terminal gate.
! No booking is required for the Import pick-up as long
as Export is booked.
• Slot Changes:
o Slots can be changed anytime until the actual start of the
booked zone.
o Original booking charge will not be refunded, if demand
zone is with a fee.
o Listed bookings will only be charged a no show penalty if
no one takes the listed slot from the slot pool.
*Please note that every time a slot is listed, these slots are always the priority slots
given away to the users to avoid penalties in the system.
o The Truck Plate Number can be edited at any time prior to
gate-in.

II. ARRIVAL GUIDELINES


• If a truck arrives more than 2 hours after the appointment slot, a
late penalty fee will be charged.
• If a truck arrives more than 3 hours after the appointment slot, it
will be charged a no-show penalty fee.

Late penalty 1500H-1559H Php 1,625.00

No Show penalty 1600H onwards Php 3,251.00

* Same penalty fees will apply for pick-up and drop-off transactions.
* No minimum balance required on your Points Top-up. However, a
negative balance will disable you to make your next booking.

III. TRUCK BAN EXEMPTION

• With TABS, all trucks will now be allowed to pass through the
regular truck routes of Metro Manila (plus Roxas Boulevard)
during truck ban hours as long as its shipment for pick up or
drop off has a corresponding TABS booking.
• Truck ban exemption period are as follows:
o Morning Truck Ban
! Going to terminal – truck is exempted 2 hours before
booked slot
! Leaving the terminal – truck is exempted 2 hours after
the terminal gate-out time
o Afternoon Truck Ban
! Going to terminal – truck is exempted 2.5 hours before
booked slot
! Leaving the terminal – truck is exempted 2.5 hours
after gate-out time
• You must ensure that plate numbers are added and

o HOW TO ADD THE TRUCK PLATE NUMBER
STEP 1
Go to Booking List and search for your container.

STEP 2
Click on Booking Reference.

STEP 3
Type in the Truck Plate Number and click on the disk icon
to save.

STEP 4
Repeat steps 1 to 3 to update any changes on the Truck
Plate Number.

o TABS SMS TRACKING SYSTEM


! To monitor your truck ban exemption period, simply go
to this website: https://www.1-
stop.biz/ManilaSMSApp. We highly recommend that
you print a copy of your booking and bring it while on
the road to or from the terminal to serve as additional
reference for drivers and traffic officers.
o Please refer to MMDA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 04
for the official implementing guidelines.
