Wellness After HS

Intro/Part 1a

What is your current understanding of wellness?

I.E. When you hear the word wellness what do you think of?
First thing I think of is ew. I don’t know you should know that by now that I just don’t like
hearing that word.
So if we are being truthful and actually trying to answer the question then it would go along
the lines of finding something that you can be at peace while doing, something that you don’t
have to think a lot while doing, something that is robotic and your mind can escape and go
other places.
