As part of the final requirement in the course EDUC 50 The Child and Adolescent Learner and Learning
Principles, the undersigned BSEd – Filipino students are conducting a case study/observation report about early
childhood, primary and intermediate learners. This undertaking would allow the students to understand and
describe the physical, cognitive and socio-emotional development of early childhood, primary and
intermediate learners.
In line with this, the students would like to respectfully seek for your permission to allow them observe and
conduct an interview with your learners. The main points in the interview will focus on the characteristics and
description of development of the child in three stated aspects.
Rest assured that all the data that will be gathered in the interview, including the names and other private
documents will only be used for academic purposes and will be treated with utmost respect and
confidentiality.

a professional, national teacher standards, global teacher standards and educational law. This undertaking

professional rights, privileges and responsibilities as well as their roles in the society.
