Ingredients
For Avocado Jelly (Gulaman)
1 3/4 cup Water
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Green Gelatin Powder/Gulaman (Unflavored)
1/4 cup Avocado Puree
For Mango Jelly (Gulaman)
1 3/4 cup Water
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Yellow Gelatin Powder/Gulaman (Unflavored)
1/4 cup Mango Puree
Profit = ₱ 6/pc
Ingredients
1 kg Pork Pigue/Butt
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Vinegar
2 tbsp Banana Ketchup
2 tbsp Garlic
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 cup Sprite
Procedure
Cut the tofu in half.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients except tofu and give it a good mix.
Procedure
Place your bowl and whisk into the freezer for 10-15 minutes to chill.
Add the condensed milk and vanilla mixture. Fold using spatula until well combined.
Put 4 to 6 chocolate cookies in a ziplock bag and pound to create a small tiny bits of cookies. Add to
the ice cream mixture and mix again by folding.
Transfer in a container and sprinkle some cookie bits on the top. Freeze for at least 6 hours or
overnight.
And there you have it! A homemade cookies and cream ice cream. So creamy! So yummy!

Quick 7 Up Buttered Shrimp (cook in less than 8 minutes)
Ingredients
250g Large Prawns
3/4 Cup 7 Up (sprite other option)
3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Minced White Onion
1 tsp Minced Red Bell Pepper
1 tsp Minced Green Bell Pepper
1/4 tsp Rock Salt
1/4 tsp Grind Black Pepper
Century Tuna Sisig
