SUMMARY OF MEETING : 

1. TS (Eri) will coordinate with related people & take a lead to monitor the outstanding item in 
Team. 
2. TS (Eri) will update the outstanding status to VM (Capt Faisal) in regularly basis. 
3. TS (Eri) to be the one who responsible to respond the Technical issues for their vessel. 
4. TS (Eri) to more active in communication with all related parties. 
5. Team to coordinating and seek an advice from TM for the outstanding issues they face.  
TM (Gede) will assist team to monitor and follow up the outstanding issues on their vessel 
managed.  
6. TM (Gede) to set up AHTW maintenance program for AHTS vessel. 
7. TM (Gede) to find out good former to assist fitter for Batam project vessel at BLP. 
8. Invite insurance to vessel to check gearbox condition on winposh regent. 
9. VSE to communicate with the superior in case he feels overload on their task.
