INVITATION
It is a matter of great pleasure that Gochar Educational and Welfare Society, Saharanpur, India is organizing
an International Conference on “Global Initiatives for Sustainable Development : Issues and
Strategies” at Bangkok, Thailand from June 23 - 27, 2019. The conference will be the ideal platform for the
delegates to develop a close interaction among scientists, academicians, researchers, students, policy
planners etc.

ABOUT GOCHAR EDUCATIONAL AND WELFARE SOCIETY

Gochar Educational and Welfare Society, Saharanpur (UP), India was established in February, 2010. The
society is registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860. From its inception society is working for the
development of education. The society has successfully organized one National Conference in Rampur
Maniharan, Saharanpur (UP) in 2017, one International Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2018 and
several projects sanctioned by NABARD.

Interdisciplinary Innovations in basic sciences, life sciences, engineering, management and technology
regarding sustainable development.

New dimensions in diseases and pest management.
New directions and innovations in humanities for sustainable development.
Innovations in teaching and learning process.

Any other topic related to conference theme.

Participation and contributions are sought from researchers globally to ensure the scope of the conference.
Target communities include Students, Researchers, Faculty Members, Industrialists, Policy and Decision
Makers, Developmental Organizations and NGOs.
CALL FOR ABSTRACT
The abstract containing maximum 250 words should be submitted online. Full length, original and
unpublished research papers in MS Word should be sent to gocharconference@gmail.com in the following
specifications, Times New Roman font size 12, 1.5 line spacing. Center the Title (maximum 12 words, all-caps,
bold type) at the top of the page. Bold and italicize the name of the presenting author. E-mail address of the
corresponding / presenting author should be included. Authors are restricted to 3 per paper.

PUBLICATION
All the accepted abstract will be published in souvenir. All the selected papers will be published in the
conference proceedings / edited book with ISBN number by International publisher. Selected research papers
will be published in the peer reviewed journals at the nominal cost to be paid by the authors after their
acceptance. For edited book author have to pay INR 600 for hard copy of the book.

AWARDS
Young Scientist Award (5) : Young scientist award will be given. Candidate below the age of 40 years are
eligible for this award including Faculty / Scientist / Academician etc.
Excellent Teacher Award (5) : This award will be given to academician or faculty with proven track record
of excellence in teaching.
Excellent Entrepreneurship Award (5) : The award will be given to Individual/ Company/ Organization/
Industry / Faculty Member / Scientist / Manager / NGO who has started an Industry/Institute/ Company/Firm in
any sector with the objective to serve the nation
Distinguished Scientist Award (5) : The members of society will be awarded for their outstanding
contribution in the field of science, agriculture, humanities etc.
Scientist of the Year Award (5) : This award will be given to eminent Scientists/Academicians/Educationists
for their outstanding contribution in their respective field in the year.
Life Time Achievement Award (5) : This award will be given to eminent Scientists / Academicians /
Educationists / Entrepreneurs for their outstanding contribution in their respective field.
Best Oral Presentation Award : Best oral presentation award will be given in each session.
Best Poster Presentation Award : Best poster presentation award will be given in each theme.

Note : The awards will be given on the basis of Academic Performance Indicators (API) score. Interested
persons are requested to download the Proforma and guidelines of awards from the website of society
