Performance Review Guidelines for TCP International Inc. Coimbatore Employees and Managers

Introduction:

The Performance Review Form provides periodic written review of individual performance, in the cont

I have tried my level best to get the best animation and render
quality from my tasks and projects. I have improed Phoenix FD
animation quality too.

I have learned Rigging and improved lot on Phoenix FD effect.


Also I use After effet editing skills to get the output fast and
quicker. I have used my animation and Lighting skills to improve
the quality too. I also have good knowledge in automobile.

I try my best to follow office policies. I behave professional with


team members and share knowledge with team members with
the professional boundries that improve the quality of work.

I am good with communication. I have used Skype, team viewer


and emails to communicate on urgent work related matters.

I try my best to get the client expectations. What ever is


communicated to me through story board or corrections or
coments I have tried my level best to get it done. I also add my
thoughts and questions to get the most out of the story and
directions.

I have always been a problame solver. I have helped every one in


the team with some sort of problems and come up with a good
acceptable solution.

I always look initiative or share my work with team members.


While doing that I have taken the innatative to solve the
problems or correct some animation or effect to get the output
properly. I have taken innatative to improve animation speed by
communicatiing with Pune team to get the rigging help.
While working in team I have always communicated with team
regarding upcoming problems or necessary assets. By
communicating and helping eachother I have did my part to
achive the deadlines. Also I have share work and have taken work
from others to get the things done sooner.

I have shared knowledge with team members. I learned camera


and lighting tricks to enhance rneder output. Which I have shared
in Pune and also I have shared my knowledge that I have about
software with team in coimbatore. Also I have helped team
members in Modleing, texturing, lighting and animations. I have
good automobile knowledge which I shared with team and
helped team members achive there goals too.
